Stopped in yesterday while I was town as I was craving ice-cream nachos. As usual, it did not disappoint. The entire staff was friendly and welcoming.Their creativity and attention to detail is always spot on

Ashby's so you know you're going to get the good stuff. They have ice cream nachos which are clever and pretty fun as well as other creative mixes. They also make custom ice cream cakes that are very good. Pricing is a little on the higher side.
Great service, the staff was beyond friendly and so many varieties of ice cream. They also made adorable personalized ice cream cakes! Next time I go back I'm doing the ice cream nachos!

My son and I LOVE Modern Cone! Everyone that works there has been very friendly, even when they are busy. Their pre-made stacker options are delicious, and they have what seems like a million choices of ice cream flavors to choose from! Recently we got a custom ice cream cake made for my son’s birthday and they did an amazing job!
I'm a health nut. I eat right. I exercise. All so I can come to a place like this and enjoy it with (almost) zero guilt. I don't come here for a kale smoothie or anything horrible like that. I come here for pure joy. Seriously. Fudge. Nutella. Bacon!? It's about balance folks. Come here. Enjoy it. Watching the staff run around creating all the Stackers is like watching a NASCAR pit crew. Speaking of Stackers, I want to try them all which will sadly take a long time for me because I rarely eat this stuff. "The Munchies" is about the best ice cream treat I've ever had. When they said, "hold on, I need to run in back and get the bacon" I was onboard. My second visit I went with the "Netflix and Chill" and was pleasantly surprised popcorn and caramel combo. Like I said, I will try all of these Stackers. My only complaint is that when I went back I took my Dad and he ordered the Munchies and they were out of bacon! He was so disappointed sadly I have to go back again so he can get the full Munchies experience, which means I'll have to try another Stacker. Life is hard. To summarize, I'm sad it took me so long to discover this place, go get some ice cream.
I hate leaving this review but tonight's visit was ridiculous. I LOVE their ice cream and drive 25 minutes out of my way to get it. I got there tonight and they were packed as usual. I ordered a banana pudding shake and a chocolate shake for my husband, letting them know he has a banana allergy. The girl seemed confused but went in the back and came out with a new tub of ice cream. She went over to talk to the girls at the register and one of them loudly and rudely stated "Why would you get a banana shake when your boyfriend is allergic to them?". I told her because he is not the one eating it. Just because my husband cannot have something does not mean I have to give up my favorite ice cream. I'm not usually one to let things get to me but I actually couldn't believe she said that out loud infront of all of those customers. I told them that was extremely rude and just left without getting anything. Other places are very accommodating to allergies and all I was asking was to make sure the tin was properly cleaned out before making his shake. This experience has turned me off from a great business with delicious products. I am very disappointed in the way it was handled.
Pricey, but also very good and unique. Everything looks amazing and tastes just as good which is rare! They serve Ashby’s hand packed and they have soft serve too. They sell cake pops and other ready treats too!
