Employees have no idea how to take a simple drive thru order. Ordered two large coffees, received one, was told to get back in line. Manager and staff had horrible attitude. Makes you really wonder how McDonald’s became the global company it is today.
Did a online mobile order, checked in. Waiting in the spot for 15 mins. Went back in the line asked about my order. The manager said with a attitude we don't do crubside orders! With a attitude! She should be telling the mobile app that with her rude self!
AVOID UNLESS YOU LIKE BEING ROBBED!!I ordered 2 McDoubles, and a Big Mac. I used the rewards from the app to pay for the Big Mac. Your employee quoted me $3.17, and without notifying me charged me $8.25, and when I brought it to their attention they refused to correct it. Your employees robbed me for $5.08. Why do you have rewards on your app if you won’t honor them?? I’m going to make sure I post this on google reviews, so other people won’t get robbed like I did!
Stopped in to grab an English McMuffin and a couple of strawberry and creme pies. The McMuffin turned out pretty good, but I have a little gripe about the strawberry and creme pies. I came in around 9:20ish a.m. and receive some pies that expired 9:54pm(took a picture of receipt). It was NOT a printing error, and the pies definitely taste like they were sitting for some time because the strawberry filling pretty much had turned into fruit jerky.
It's not the worst but it's close ? literally almost every time I go there they mess my order up or my food's hard or cold. And it's almost been 3 years since covid and they're still slow as s***. they Don't have their lobby open, it's just ridiculous and they want $15 an hour to mess our food up lol.
I ordered a breakfast burrito and iced coffee at 8:02a for curbside, after 15 minutes and an unanswered phone call I went to the door. They told me they just got the order? It's now 8:27a, I still haven't received it...25 minutes and counting. I eventually left, now I have to figure out how to get a refund.3/10/22 UpdateDecided to give it another chance. I ordered a double cheeseburger without ketchup and extra pickles. I received a double cheeseburger with no pickles and extra ketchup.
Usually good but last time i went they told me to pull up and forgot about me. I had to go in to grab my order which was just sitting on the counter. This was a one off though. Usually this place is very good so i don't want to give it a bad review from only one incident. Most of the time service is excellent here
I'm not ripping on the employees because this isn't their fault this is directed at the franchise owner(s)...EVERY other McDonald's mobile ordering is a seamles experience...at this place there's no mobile order parking spots so when you choose carside delivery and it asks you for what number your parking spot is you're unable to answer . Secondly I tried to use the drive thru option which the app gave me a code for...I go through the drive thru and they ask me to come inside anyways *facepalm. Not a fun experience. And before there's a response from the ownership that There are #1 and #2 parking spots , those are for drive thru orders not mobile orders. The rest of the special parking spots are for "couriers" and everyone else but mobile orders customers.
Service is absolutely terrible! They rang my order up wrong and when I mentioned it nicely to the woman at the second window she says with a dripping attitude “well that’s the way it was rung up. There’s nothing I can do about it” Maybe remake my order because you guys were the ones that got it wrong… I will not go back to this location because every single time I come here the workers are extremely rude and my food is cold…
I am not happy with their service and I'm a very easy guy to get along with. I often tip the person working the window at these places. I know they work hard and are really stressed out just from the mere volume they deal with... So look, now you see how cool I am with fast food workers... and yeah, this place is horrible... not a one time bad day person but a repetitive thing going on here. It's almost as if it is a trained trait ?. I live right up the street and the next fast food place is far but I drive it.
