Went at night and the person at the window just hands you the bag and doesn't say a word. I had a very long wait for a small order. A "Thank you" or "sorry about the wait" would be nice. This is completely opposite of the morning shift.
Management needs proper training of what to do in a crisis's situations. Example: When your restaurant is packed and drive- thur is two lanes and both lanes are in the city streets deep...and your the only person on staff with more then 4 days experience, to avoid YOUR STAFF walking off (for lack of management) or fear of retaliation from customers. Thank you for allowing my personal observation upon my last visit.
My bacon quarter pounder had no bacon at all yet i paid for it, my large coke was a diet coke when I ordered regular, my 6 piece happy meal only had 4 nuggets, my large fry with my quarter pounder meal had less than a half order of fries in it and they were not fresh. Even the bun on my burger was hard like it was not fresh. Worst experience I've ever had with McDonald's. My kid gets nuggets every other week as a treat and this restaurant was terrible. Worst drive through. Went yesterday and they took 3 cars in the line next to me (double drive through)before I pulled out of line and decided to go in. Went inside to order and they refused to wait on me and made me use the kiosk which I had never used before. I had a large order so two people that came in after me finished using the other kiosk before I could order. Frustrating to think they took five customers that came in after me, before me.
The McDonalds menu sucks since COVID! Why no grilled chicken??? However, had a double cheeseburger and it was literally cold and tasted like it had been microwaved. The whole experience was terrible. This seems to be something with the entire food chain….

Went here again today, and every time I do I have never had a bad experience. The people working the drive-thru I have always been nice, courteous, polite, and appear to enjoy their job. Also it seems that it is cheaper to go to this McDonald's to obtain the same thing I get, then any other McDonald's in the area. I'll never understand how a franchised Corporation has such different prices at all their locations for the same items. It's a little off the path but if I'm hungry for breakfast this is the one I will go to.
Great place to use the restroom. All I wanted was a coffee, but no human to take my order. Had to use a kiosk. Not my thing! I like personal contact and interaction. Won't return.
Out of all the McDonald’s I’ve went to, this one is by far the best. Very nice staff. I accidentally purchased something incorrectly and they had no problem fixing the order for me. One manager I saw was super great at multi tasking, working both drive thru and front counter. I had my food ready to pick up before I even gave her the cash. Great hard working staff. Thank you so much for the amazing service.
McDonald's is one of the best fast food restaurants around. And the best thing on the menu is the quarter pounder with cheese since they started making them up to order with fresh, not frozen, meat.
