Ever since this place changed ownership the service has been horrendous. The food is OK.... but I'm done with place. They tell you 20 minutes for the order when you place it show up after 30 minutes, you still wait another 20 minutes. I swear they wait until you show up to start the order.
Good shrimp fried rice and shrimp egg foo young..must try you won't be disappointed.
4 stars because the food was delicious. The food is definitely one of the better tasting Chinese restaurants in the St Clair Shores area. However, service was terrible. We placed an online order for pickup and were told 25 minutes. We went to pick it up after 30 minutes and when we arrived they said they had not even started our order yet. We then waited almost an hour to get our food. The workers were not very friendly either. The food was really good, but be prepared to wait awhile to actually get it.
I Lovvvvee this Place ,But since New Owner im Very disappointing 1st time I went there I ordered Mayflower rice I took it home and I had plain fried rice 2nd time I came in the same week in the same week said I tried this again I paid for my food realize when I get home to check my my account tip was taken out that I did not consent I was disappointed twice
The food is NEVER ready on time! She needs more help working the counter. It’s a shame too because it’s good food.
Was told “20-25 minutes” on the phone, showed up 30 minutes later. It ended up taking almost an hour to get our food, and there were 7 other people there with the same complaint. Finally got my food, went home, and it was chop suey with chicken fried rice. I’m a vegetarian, and had ordered the chow mein. My husband called and she said to bring it back and she would exchange it. We live nowhere near there so he insisted on just getting his money back. She said she was too busy to help him.I ate the vegetable chop suey even though I dont normally like it- at that point it was an hour and 45 minutes past dinner time and I was hungry. I was flavorless.
I stopped in to get our kids some takeout, and they were very happy with what they got (General Tso & wonton soup). I will say, that I noticed that they've got egg rolls, WITH bean sprouts! That style of egg roll is becoming harder to come by these days, and they're really good!
4 stars for excellent food. Negative 20 because you call in, wait the 30 minutes for pick up, come in and wait 30 to 45 minutes more. You have been warned!
Was told food would be ready in 20 min. I waited over an hour in freezing I heated lobby. Woman behind counter only yelled phone numbers at people. Not personal at all.
Often times we've gotten Chinese food from here. The food quite good. They take their spicy stuff seriously! Only negative I would say was the wait. I called and was told 20 minutes. I got there 40 minutes after I placed my order and still had a breif wait in the restaurant to pick up my food. All in all not a bad place to get take out
