Just ok. Service was average. Food had a unique smell when del. To table. Had to wait way to long at checkout. This is second time. There won't be anymore visits to this place. I give places another chance but they failed.
The first time I had come here a few weeks ago, my service wasn’t the greatest but I decided to try again a couple of days ago and wow! My waitress (younger, butterfly tattoo on her chest not sure of her name) was absolutely amazing and my food came out very fast! The cashier was a very nice young man as well! Will be coming back!
I ordered a cheeseburger well done and it was still raw and I swallow a bite of it now I hoping I don't get sick from it how do you not know how to cook a cheeseburger
I have had nothing but wonderful food every single time I have eaten here. The service is decent. I guess as a former server I tend to be more critical of the service. But every single meal I have had here has been delicious. The corn beef hash, the eggs are always cooked perfectly, I have never had an issue. Very good food For the price.
I would give zero stars is possible.We have gotten carryout maybe once every 45 days or so over the last year here and every single time it's been incorrect. Not just one item but several. Super disappointing and obviously they just straight up don't care. They take the basic order and that's it. Anything slightly complicated or different from the norm is completely ignored. Not even an effort to pass the phone to management and make things right. These are the reasons you guys get awful tips and why business has dwibdled, nothing else. I wouldn't recommend this place for carryout at all.
Miss the Rams Horn !!!Ordered a fried egg sandwich for carry. OutAsk for two fried eggs on the sandwich she said ok !I pick up the order and get in my car to take a long drive and starving!! Open the the container the sandwich not cut in half only ONE egg on the sandwich ! I take a hit and the egg is over easySo the yoke shot all over my clothing !!!On my way to WORK !!! EVERYONE ONE KNOWSA FRIED EGG IS WELL DONE !!!
As coneys go this is not my favorite. Dogs had an unpleasant taste, chili was just okay. Fries were good. Not in the running for best in the Metro.
Disappointing experience at this Leo’s, which was frustrating because I enjoy the food and have had great experiences at other locations. I ordered pickup through GrubHub, but when I arrived at the restaurant, the waitress (who was maskless) informed me that they don’t take GrubHub orders after 8. This would be fine, except that she seemed irritated and was rude/short with me about it. I understand this might be a frustrating experience for her, if this was a regular issue with the site, but there really wasn’t a reason to take it out on me.Still giving 2 stars because the food/this chain is somewhere I enjoy eating, but I’ll be visiting other locations from now on.
Their chicken pot pie should not be on the menu. It is hit or miss at best. Crust was like cardboard. I sent it back to the kitchen. It needs to come off the menu.
The steak is hit or miss, mostly miss. You need someone who knows how to cook and test steak without cutting it open every time or over cooking it most of the time. Wait staff is friendly.Miss the owner or manager coming to greet you when you enter. While Leo's is okay it doesn't hold a candle to the friendly atmosphere of Ram's Horn.
