Owner/ employee left store and told me to move my car out of a parking lot next to my mother’s nursing home or threatened me with towing. The other 3 suites in the strip mall were unoccupied. At 11am. Was thinking about going there after a visit with mom but absolutely not now.
Ordered a Nashville Hot Chicken sandwich, received a regular chicken sandwich instead.Food was fine, but I wish for once I could order some fast food in this city and actually get a correct order. I might have to start pulling everything out of the bag before I leave just to make sure it's right.
2nd time ordering chicken philly cheesesteak and extremely salty. Had to throw it out also ordered banana pepper on sandwich which was not on it. Onion rings were greasy will not return.
First time eating there and the food was great. However, I don't think I can handle the heat from the "Grim Reaper" sub. But, ill be back.
My boyfriend got him and I each a sandwich, the total wasn’t over $35, they charged $60 to his card.
I don’t know if the person cooking that day was new or not trained. But the meat on the original was chopped so fine it was like eating baby food (paste like). It was really Gross and I couldn’t get past the first few bites. Had to throw it out. I probably won’t go there again and it’s only a block away from home.
Great & amazing food with a staff that top of the chart. Great customer service and we can't forget the cheese cake amazing, we should have ordered 2 instead of 1 slice. You have to go in and bring a friend.
At first I was excited to find this place because it was close to home and I'd ordered a signature sandwich and curly fries, and thought they were great. So my husband and I kept coming back, but over time the quality started to slip. You'd go in when the order was supposed to be ready and still have to wait 15 minutes. Or things seemed slapped together.The last time we went I ordered a cheeseburger and they gave me the one with the egg on it instead. I was surprised it was all soggy and drippy and found egg yolk oozing all over the place. Hubby ordered the cajun fries and they had a shake of seasoning on them, but most were plain.I filled out a survey with the receipt, informing them of the error, since I was too tired that night to go and argue. Never even got an apology. We used to go there once a week, but haven't been back for a few months. I get that mistakes are made, but when the quality slips, they give you the wrong orders, and they won't even apologize for the error, I'm spending my money elsewhere.
Second try, still not impressed. Ordered the corned beef on onion roll (roll was soggy), a cheesesteak hoagie (really had no flavor.... Just ehe'), and a Philly egg roll. Egg roll was greasy as heck and had no flavor.The only reason I gave it 2 Stars is the staff was quick to take my order and the place was clean.
Ordered for the first time this evening. I've had a better cheese steak elsewhere though the portion is generous. Did not have much in the way of flavor which was weird with the hot cheetos on there. Salad was good, Caesar seemed home made. Corned beef egg rolls were also good though they seemed they could have more meat in them for the price.
