We went here on a whim. We were drawn in by the $1.50 Coney on Mondays and Tuesdays. The menu had something for everyone. I ordered a cheeseburger and fries. No frills. The food was ready FAST and tasted great! The burger was perfectly seasoned and the perfect doneness. My only reason for giving them 4 stars and not 5 is just because the prices were a bit on the high side. Just for a cheeseburger and small fry, I paid $12. A little steep for me. But overall, the food was really good!
Placed an order online and paid for it. Location said it was open. The other location close by said offline this one did not. I arrived at the restaurant to pick up my order and it was a sign on the door that says they closed at 3pm. It was 4:30. Why was I allowed to order and my money to be taken. I don’t have $15 to loan to a restaurant. Should have shown offline if it wasn’t. Poor accountability
My salad consisted of the 4 inches is the yellow core, and brown pieces of romaine. Not impressed and would be embarrassed to serve. If I was served this at a sit down restaurant I would've sent it back. Very small serving of chicken. Had to cut everything up and clean things to be able to eat my dinner tonight.. not happy
Save your money! Place is a joke. I keep giving them a chance and they seem to mess something simple up every time. Was told 10 minutes my order would be ready for pick up. When I got there 10 minutes later I was told that my order would be ready in 10 minutes. No apology or sense of time for the 4 people in there laughing and joking. On top of my order taking 28 minutes when they said it would take 10 minutes they also forgot my greek dressing for a 3rd time. They said this would never happen again because they put a special note on my account because they forgot it 2 times previously. Save your time and money by not getting a carryout from here. I will never be back after giving it so many chances.
Great soup, salads and sandwiches. Always happy with quality.

Just ordered carry out from there. The bottom of the styrofoam box was melted to my breakfast, had to throw it out. Glad I checked before I ate much of it.
Food is always good and quick. Don't let the people who had 1 bad experience and post review discourage you. If you ever worked in the food industry, you know how this goes. I order from here every week, couple times the food has been under par but I am not going to post 1 star or review because of that. Pita's and coney's are always what I expect. Also sorry to hear the owner past, hope y'all are doing well.
I’ve gone too Jimmy’s for awhile now and for a few months food was just okay but tonight it was back to the old Jimmy’s! So glad they changed their boxes back. Food was hot and fresh. I tried the roast beef sandwich and it was so good! Glad they’re getting things back on track! Customer service was great as always too.
We order all the time from Jimmy's we give them a lot of business, as a close by business, and we have over 500 employees, which order all the time and as of late every time we order something is missing, we ordered off of the paper menu an original breakfast we were missing hash browns off of our order, when we called the person/manager stated well we have a service that does our paper menus which is your business issue. he could not tell me why this does not reflect the online menu, and If we want the item we would have to pay for it. seriously it is hash browns.. They should of honored this. this is there error not ours. This is terrible customer service.
