Extremely RUDE. As I was opening the door to walk in a worker is speed walking to the door to out a out of turkey sign up but she did it as I was opening the door and pushed the door back shut on me ok whatever. Then as I walk in I’m not greeted until about a minute in and it’s someone all the way in the back just telling how are you. When the older lady gets up to the register and has the worst attitude giving dirty looks as if offing as in such an inconvenience to her. Disgusting.
They aren't as freaky fast but the sandwiches are still excellent. My family is a fan of this location, and even request it for school field trip lunches. We use the mobile app and have never had an issue with the sandwiches being made wrong.Our recent order was for a BLT and Italian Night Club for a school field trip to Greenfield Village. I had to pick them up the day before and they weren't soggy after 16 hours.It was clean. The employee was apologetic since my order wasn't ready for pickup.
I regularly order from this location and am constantly disappointed. I placed my order right when they opened, the order was accepted within minutes. I called 40 minutes later as the order was still not out for delivery and was met with hostility when I asked about the status of my order. We live only minutes away from the location, but was given a litany of excuses. I asked if they could even estimate a time as I have hungry children (and now am concerned about food safety because my order has been sitting for 40 minutes) and was told they couldn’t even estimate that. Freaky fast is the last thing I’d describe this location as.ETA: no response was ever given from the owner. I called customer service and submitted an online complaint.
They are fast. Came in, small line but was in and out in no time
This location is horrible.. what fast food place closes at 7pm?! Most other JJ’s are open till 9.. this is a bit ridiculous.
Avoid on sundays. Two weeks in a row sandwiches made without meat. Picked up got home and had to go back. I am done with this location.

I usually receive “freaky fast” service from Jimmy Johns, however this time I was left “freaky hungry” and “freaky disappointed”. I ordered one single sandwich at 11:48am for lunch, however I didn’t receive my one single sandwich until 1:38pm, nearly 2 hours after I placed my order. I contacted corporate and they informed me that this was a franchise location and would pass my feedback on, however I haven’t received any communication from this location. I would shy away from this Jimmy Johns if you expect to receive similar service as other Jimmy Johns, as there are several other Jimmy John stores in the area that I have received excellent service from.
Really upset that I had to order through doordash, just to receive jimmy johns actual delivery service. Tried to order through their site and it states their delivery service wasn't available. So it means we paid the doordash fee for jimmy johns to make the extra buck.
