They forgot my chips but I am not upset about it because it caused my husband to go get me a family size bag of salt and vinegar chips instead and I have been craving them. Lol
Tried to place an order spoke to the manager Jen who told me to call the Jimmy John's on 9 Mile and Harper that's 3 mi from me and her store was only a mile and a half from me. Terrible ?
The spot is great and broad, the food was yummy and the prices were very fair. quick, productive service and very personal staff members. Recommended.
I am truly disappointed. Very poor service!! The guy that waited on me was very rude and even made me bag my own order!! No wonder the lobby was empty!

We ordered two hours ago. Still nothing. They only have one driver. The delivery time is not, likely, the driver's fault. Called and was informed the driver had 13 orders to deliver solo. Ordered Dominoes from down the street, only 20 minutes and their tracker works. Jimmy John's might taste good, who knows it is still not here. If you want a sub, pick it up in person and wear a mask.[UPDATE]We ordered at 6:17 it is now 8:50 it was just delivered. The driver looked pretty downtrodden. Please be nice to the driver.

If I could give zero stars I would. The last two times I ordered my order was wrong. This time I ordered at noon for my lunch break and at one it still hasn't arrived. I will not be back as you advertise "freaky fast delivery" but don't apply it.
