Customer service good.Friendly. As far as my pizza. Slightly dissatisfied. Half I ordered pepperoni and sausage. Which cost extra. And half I ordered pickles, bacon and jalapeños. As far as my toppings go there wasn’t much sausage or bacon. If you’re being charged for something you should definitely be getting what you paid for.
Super great, fast, and friendy service! I placed an online order at 9:47pm, my order was made, and delivered at 10:15pm. Fastest delivery I have ever had. Also the lady who delivered the order was super nice and friendly! Outstanding service and amazing quality food! Very satisfied :)
This used to be my favorite Hungry howies. It was one of the only ones that still did the crust correctly. That is no longer true. The butter cheese flavored crust shouldn't be dry, but that's exactly what it was. Dry crust, with the cheese part only on the actual cheese of the pizza. My kids usually eat the whole slice with the crust being their favorite part, but last night they left plates of crust for the trash. This has happened the last 2 times I've gotten it from this location. Also, the pizza was way over done; with the cheese being burnt. And they didn't put any topping on one of my pizzas. So, my kids fought over the one pizza and I have a whole cheese pizza in the fridge that nobody wanted. I don't know what they started doing differently when flavoring the crust, but I wish they hadn't.
This is the worst Hungry Howies location I have ever been to. They never get an order correct and they make you wait for 45 minutes when your pizza is sitting right in front of them in their stupid warming machine the whole time. The manager is no help and apparently his employees can’t read.
Absolutley the worst experience I’ve had. First I ordered curbside Bc I had my puppy with me..we waited 10 mins before I had to go in the store but this next part is why I’m sharing once I finally get in the store (the store bell rings) not one but TWO EMPLOYEES look me directly in my eye don’t welcome me or say hi or anything then continue on with whatever task they were doing (I’ve worked service /customer service) you stop what ur doing when a customer walks in!! I waited Atleast 5 mins for one of them to come around to the front ...what really annoyed me was after all this my pizza had been done the whole time…dominos seems like the better choice for next time
Congratulations your ordering process is so messed up between the app and the website that I got fed up and ordered Dominoes instead! I went through the entire process to order on line and when I went to check out it had the main headquarters as where I was going to pick it up… on telegraph road! I went to switch it and the site tells you that if you proceed you will loose your order. FINE, proceed then I select your store and it informs me that NOPE! Online ordering is not available for that store. So I think maybe the app will work…… that app is just bad…. Would not verify at first then after I created my account it locks me out has a pop up that reads “Your password is not strong enough… please refer to the email that we just sent…” why would you not stop the enrollment process before that point and inform the customer that they need a stronger password???? Long story …. Well… long…. I have ban your company from my house for failing on the fundamental level of customer service and accessibility. I mean really?!?!? I wanted to give you my money in exchange for your product however you made it so infuriating to try to do so I went to your competition congratulations! Ordering from Domino’s has taken less time on their site than it to me to write this review.
Just order a Large pizza and it was sopped in grease, It literally leaked out the box and onto the counter after using paper towel to soak the majority of it up. Who wants a pizza dripping in grease? I took pictures because I couldn't believe they would serve something like that. I will not be ordering from here ever again, Been ordering pizzas for 20+ years never received one covered in grease
As always 5 stars for poor service....I have called 2x...my husband 2x...and both hung up on. I get hard times...but no excuse is good enough for that.
