The pizza tastes alright but the customer service is horrible. They have several teenage to early 20 year old males who ignore customers coming in to pick up their carry out and were witnessed throwing dishes around as toys and splashing grease/oils/food still on those dishes. I will not eat from this Domino's again after witnessing this because I now worry about contamination or what might possibly be in my food.
Donna the manager was very sweet and made sure we were taken care of. One of our families favorite pizza joints ??
Terrible service. My food was delivered to the wrong address and the employee had me walk down and see and they said they threw it away. Had to reorder it and wait another 40 minutes.
Thanks for trying to kill us when you cut us off, nothing about delivering or picking up pizzas is worth the safety of my family. You should be fired!
always a reliable go-to, delivery & carry out are always fast, the employees are friendly & the food's delicious. good app too.
This store is full of good quality people. Walk in or delivery is good and fast.
Pizza is excellent. Especially if you hey sausage on the pizza because it tastes freshly made and not frozen. Phone orders are handled courteously and professionally by some one at the actual location you are ordering from unlike pizza hut which directs all phone orders to a call center in who-knows-where. Delivery time is also reasonable.
Left food on my porch (as requested) but never notified me it was on the way or that they left it. I order from them frequently and in the past they send text thru the process. After hearing nothing I went to call, but checked my porch where my ice cold food was sitting. Initally when I called they said the driver told them she spoke to me. (Not true). Then story changed to that she knocked. She did not (I have cameras). They told me since the driver 'did nothing wrong' they could not send me out hot food. Nice way to treat what used to be a really regular customer. I did not ask you to send out a whole new order. Would have been nice if you cared. Jets is good. Moving to Jets....
Absolutely terrible experience, they are taking zero covid precautions, even with covid being so bad and so many people dieing.. Not one person wearing a mask there. And when I came in the young man making the pizza began laughing at me in my mask trying to do the right thing, and refused to come help me and just kept laughing at me until someone else came helped me while I just stood there. Even when I confronted him he still laughed at me. I was treated horribly by this young man for no reason. Just for following cdc guidelines, when they clearly aren't at this dominos. Don't go here.
