I am so embarrassed! I bought this chicken bites dinner for my son! Atleast $15. ?All he got was breading scraps.?where is the chicken? Never be back.Not so much price but where is the quality? Don't waste your money
Terrible worst slab rib dinner ever. Paid 40.26 on July 15 2022 at around 4:45 pm. Not busy, ribs were cold, mostly fat and very little meat. Cole slaw was warm. Potatoes were good but 40 dollars worth good. Very dissapointed. There was only 2 customers, who were together, in the place. Buyer beware. I live 5 minutes away. Not good.
I ordered 2 piece breast & wing and small boasted potatoes & coslaw & got dried up chicken no coslaw & large potatos I ordered small the chicken shack on 13 & harper is not what it used to be the potatoes had no butter on then use to go there all the time
Always a good alternative to the mega franchises.Only drawbacks to my visit were the price...While yes, a good alternative to the corporate giamts...The prices are very premium for what you receive and how it is presented.Over $16 for 5 pieces of boneless tenders, and a medium (oops SMALL) portion of Shack potatoes...VERY PRICEY!!!Major STARS off for presentation. I walked in and one elderly guest was waiting at a booth awaiting her order which I have no idea how long she waited...But from my perspective and order...Seems way too long by comparison!!!Total of 4 workers, one cashier, one female cook, one wandering long haired male without a hairnet and a VERY LOOSE man bun hairdo, and one other female who walked in smelling of...fresh, let's call it SMOKE, but not the convenience store variety. She also came in to meander around with the man bun male, they went back and forth several times from a back room behind the cashier,, but never carrying anything or performing any noticeable work duties.Call in orders for at least a half dozen people came in and out during my wait...All cooked moments before their arrival, as I stood waiting for my single order. All large family sized orders done by the again lone cook!!!After all the other orders, including one walk-in I can assume "regular customer" who ordered/walked out with his order way after my order was taken...I received my order and left.The eco-friendly container the lone cook handed me (without a word of Thank You or Enjoy Your Meal) with my meal in a plastic bag, barely contained the oils from the potatoes during my drive home as it shifted and leaked throughout the typical plastic shopping bag. Luckily it did not leak onto my car interior. At least give a heads up that the heat soggy container may shift or open/leak would have been nice. She also tossed a pair of used gloves near a trash can and it did not look like one made it as the cashier looked down later as she walked by the area, not very healthy as she handled raw chicken with them and being on the floor in a common worker area.Also noticed the female cashier empty a weird wooden vase oddly placed for TIPS between the PLANdemic plexiglass...No sign, just placed between the slim space between the shields. She emptied it and I did not notice her take the contents to what I would consider a mutual space for what I can assume would be division among the workers. Found it odd that it was there, when I received my own change, which she seemingly couldn't fully reach my outstretched hand...Kind of alerted me to it's presence.Had service been more pleasant, timely, and effective, I wouldn't have had the chance to be so observant of the oddities that I witnessed during my recent visit.
I processed an order at 11am for a 4pm pick up so I wouldn't have to wait. So I walk in and tell the kid at the counter I have a pick up, he asks me the name, i tell him and he says ok a couple mins so I sit down and wait. People are coming in getting their orders and walking out. 30 minutes goes by and I ask if my orders ready. Apparently they lost my order slip and tell me I have to wait for my food. So after 1 hour I finally received my food and I will never return to this establishment after receiving the worst and the most poor customer service ever. Very disappointed at the employees at this location, never even got an apology ?
For me, I've always loved the CS food. It's always been the $ that keeps me out. The other day I spent $43.00 for the 16 pc & 2 lg sides of shaq potatoes. I don't know maybe I'm just a cheepy. Its not so painful when I write it...only when I buy it. Rock on guys!! Money aside your food is great!!
Went in to eat and was told unless you have a take out order we can't serve you. This is another restaurant we won't vist. We were going to order for our family reunion in July but I guess we will order from KFC. We don't order from restaurants what aren't open to eat in. We went here because the Chicken Shack by us doesn't do dine ins.
Used to work for the company. The food is always good but the service was slow this time around. Ordered my food and waited about 20 and the location wasn't busy. However it did look like they were training and being a GM, I understand that training does slow service down a little bit. The other downfall of the order was my friend were cold. Still will be coming back.
Very poor service staff during Dinner ( a group of high school girls) 1 was very rude when entering with my service dog that weighs 7 lbs, i asked if she’d like to see her cards , she snubbed us. So anyhow I get home and the order was shorted. So Dinner was a flop?
