Really slow. Even the initial can i take your order sequence was 5 minutes to even place our order, the bad part we were the only car there the whole time. The woman server seemed to be doing it all thats why its 3 stars.
This location had literally nothing available. Why even stay open? That didn't bother me. It was the drive thru employees attitude that threw me off. Absolutely no reason for it. Tell him to leave his job if hes that unhappy. Will never return.
My Uncle & I had lunch on 6-9-22CHEESE BURGER W/BACON COMBO, SMALL BANNA SHAKE & SMALL FRY. $17THE BURGER WAS OVERCOOKED AND VERY SALTY. THE SHAKE WAS LIQUID. ONLY GOOD THING WAS THE FRIES, BUT VERY SMALL PORTION FOR THE PRICE. HAD TO GO BACK IN LINE TO REQUEST A REFUND AND WAIT AGAIN. THE WALK UP WINDOW WAS NOT IN SER. THEY ONLY REFUNDED THE BURGER WHICH WAS $3.We paid $14 for 2 extra small fries, a liquid shake & watered down Coke. Bad food and service.
To the person whose name I have been using at the drive thru. Thank you for letting me know that it made you feel uncomfortable. It is never my intention to upset anyone especially someone I think so highly of. You always get my orders correct and quickly. I can understand how hard it must be for an introvert to work someplace as front facing as a drive thru. I’m sure you just want to do your job and actually interact with people as little as possible. Thank you for your hard work.
Ordered food on DD, then 5 minutes later I'm told my order has been canceled....after it was already accepted. Just shut the whole restaurant down if you aren't going to honor your hours of operation. Would give 0 stars if I could.Response to owner: complaint submitted online. Thank you.
Open business that will not accept orders from paying customers. The city needs to do something about businesses that advertise as open when they are not. These are misleading business practices and having said business in the city harms the community
Great meal. The fries were hot and crispy. Miss the apple pies.
Going to start out with saying they really need to do something about that parking lot and drive through. It's been ridiculous and it's been ridiculous for a while now it needs to be fixed. Actually going to lower my rating down to two stars until they fix it. Went there to try out the new fry flavored chicken tenders and they're tasty but nothing special really. The fries are always hot and fresh though so that's a good thing I'm going to go back up to three stars because they do hold true to that.
I didn’t order anything but when I called to asked for a fry lover burger on DoorDash the guy matched the energy! From one stoner to another I love you!!!
