It's extremely hit or miss.You never know if the food will be good or a soggy mess.Roll the dice ? lol
Fast friendly service, food was on point, $2 for $5 chicken sandwiches can't be beat.
If I could rate lower I would. I had the worst food. I called the location to speak to someone on it and they screamed at me and said “16 yr olds made your food so what do you expect”? Then hung up on me. I called corporate to speak on what this location manger said and was hung up on. I do not need a refund of $5.97 on this meal. The fact that I’m complaining so strongly suggests that the establishment cares nothing for a customer or quality. I don’t want my money back. I just want this to be addressed. ??♀️ I will bad review all day until it is responded with someone who care for this location. Very disappointed
Was not asked what I wanted with my happy meal (fries or applesauce) was given my order and someone else's no napkins in the bag. Very slow service
Drive thru line was not moving for 15 minutes went inside there were only a few people working. Burgers were not char broiled didn't have that taste you go to bk for.
This place has really gone downhill. They get my order wrong consistently. Sometimes they even still get it wrong after correcting them at the window.
Very, very slow. And they don't speak. Not even a hello, just grab the money and off you go. And the food was not fresh at all, the kids wouldn't even eat it.
RUDE WORKER. She must hate her job.I will never visit this location again. I ordered on the mobile app, bc it gave me the option to pickup inside at the counter. Got there and doors were locked. 20min wait in the drive-thru, even though my order was ready and paid for. I called the store to ask if I can pickup inside (as noted in the app) and lady says no. She said wait in line like everyone else. I told her the app said order was waiting at the counter. She told me if I don't like it, I should fill out a work application, then hangs up on me. I was not rude, but she said I came at her with an attitude. I am too worried about workers spitting on my food, so no I did not have an attitude. My food was cold from sitting. Silly lady.
It was fine they actually got my special order right which was awesome!
This location used to be decent .. can’t even stop for a pop anymore… tastes like they haven’t cleaned their nozzles in years and for some reason they thought it was cool to make taking the straw off the cup an adventure, what a joke
