The worst food order I ever had. The boneless wings are ok, but the traditional are inedible. The Cheese sticks are like minimally melted string cheese with dried out breading like it's been under a heat lamp. Also I'd like to add that I got the notification in the parking lot the order was ready and went in right away, only to be told they are putting it in now, only for the traditional wings and cheese sticks to be dried out.
After placing my order online and showing up after the time communicated via phone, I showed up and waiting an additional 10 minutes just for someone to make it to the front task and acknowledge me. After paying for my meal, the employee let me know that my food was not ready. A little surprised, but hungry, I had no option but to wait…and I wanted an additional half an hour - meaning I waited 1 full hour after placing my carry out order when it should have been 10/15 minutes. Finally making it home with my food, assuming that I had the freshest batch because of the delay, I get disappointed that my food was cold and the wings were virtually inedible. Very disappointed with this experience and I would not recommend it.P.S. I know that there is a shortage of staff all around - just communicate that over the phone! Don’t make me wait longer than I need to when you can just be honest with me and I can come later when my food is actually ready.
Honestly this was the first time ever at a B-Dubs that everything was 5 star. I'm not a picky person by any means but usually something is cold or takes forever. Food was fast and so damn hot I had to wait to eat it lol. I'm very impressed with this location. My server was very nice and professional (Jessica). Thank you for the good experience!!!
We usually come in to this place once a week. The food is always consistent, but the service is not. Tonight the bartender took my empty glass without offering a refill. So I sat there for most of my dinner with nothing to drink. I suppose I should have said something but if I had to ask for everything I would've stayed home to eat. As we paid our bill I mentioned it to the bartender, who then said "if it is such a big deal then I can take your drink off the bill" and then proceeded to tell us to "have a better night" as we left. Not sure I'll keep up with visiting once a week.
This place was awful. Only went because it was something nearby when I was in the area. Service was slow and awful. Chicken was crusty and dusty. Mac and cheese was horrid. Mind you I get the same thing everywhere I go, so I know how it tastes and how it is supposed to be made. They messed up my order and had to remake it, the server comes over with some fabricated story of how it doesn’t let her take things off so she had to put items on there to make up for the price. She brings over a bill that had nothing of what we ordered and told us that it was cheaper than our original bill. I did the math today because it was still on my mind and came to realize we were overcharged! Now I have to call when they open and go through the hassle of getting my money back which I’m sure won’t be made easily. Never go there. Full of lazy con artists who don’t know how to do their job.
This place is horrible. I went to eat with a buddy for some good, somewhat quick food. We went in, and got ID’d by security instantly even though it was in between 9pm-10pm. There was also a table with screaming kids at it so nothing made sense. We sat down and ordered 20 boneless wings and a large fry. About a half hour later the fries come out just warm enough to eat. Another 15-20 minutes later, and the waitress finally went to check where our food was. She came back, and told us our food has to be “respun” because it sat. Whatever that means. Meanwhile we are watching people sit down, eat, and leave before we even get our food. Food finally comes out after a hour of waiting, and the chicken is barely warm, and had little sauce on it. The waitress took it back, and told us new stuff is being made for us. We asked for the manager at this point as it’s been over a hour of waiting and we revived cold food that sat. She offered us basic chips n salsa to make it better, and also said she would discount the bill. By the time we left we had been there for almost 2 hours, and walked out still paying majority of the bill as she only took off $10. I will never be back to this location ever.
Very disappointed. Did not even get a chance to even sit down to eat. When we got there they said 25 to 30 minute wait we said ok we will wait. We ended up waiting 40 minutes and decided to leave. They never even sent us a text. The staff did no seem to care. They were to occupied playing with some guests baby holding it and talking to them. Some large party's left and they had seats available and never sat us. I will never go back to that location.
The person who seated us reaked of Marijuana. My daughter spilled her drink and we pretty much had to clean it up ourselves. We needed ketchup and it took over 5 min to get some. Our waitress never asked if we needed anything during our meal, even though our drinks were empty. It was 5:30 when we were seated, after waiting 10 minutes, and there were only 2 other tables seated. We got our food after 40 minutes. Worst experience ever and we will never return.
Wings across a spectrum of heat. Good but not outstanding beer menu. Festive atmosphere and sports galore in every direction that you can look. Who can complain about that!? Definitely a big favorite for me and my sons.
Would never go back again! Everything was so hot to taste and the servers could care less!! Never been in here we live about a mile away and I won't go back ever again. You just have a bunch of young kids wait on you that could care less.
