We came here with two of my sister's and my mom to celebrate a very belated Mother's Day for my mom and my oldest sisters bday. everyone was so accommodating and friendly. The food was great out on the patio with the Island Guys playing. such a great atmosphere and staff! I have to give a shout to Tiffany, our awesome waitress... thanks for everything we couldn't have had such a great celebration without great staff.
Very tranquil, excellent service, band was fantastic, Margarita Pizza perfect and so was the pretzel bites. Pay for valet it’s worth it!!

I usually don't write reviews but with the experience that I had a few Sunday's ago I was compelled to. I have to say that the members of the staff that I interacted with were great but one in particular stood out. An energetic blonde haired bartender named Jessica went out of her way to make sure that my group had everything that we needed. She was quick, accurate and very friendly. She always made sure our drinks were full and did it all with a big smile on her face. I would recommend Brownie's On The Lake to anyone and suggest seeing Jessica while your there.
Service was awful from the very beginning the hostess made us wait over a half hour while we looked at empty tables everywhere when we were seated or waitress was extremely rude and dodged just every time she walked by our table when we did finally get our food which took forever and it was cold it was absolutely terrible all 4 of us had some sort of seafood and I will tell you I have rather went to a fast food place the food would have been hot and tasted better very disappointed and embarrassed for them it's a shame on a nice piece of land waterfront that the food does not hold standards. We did get a decent reduced price after speaking with a manager, this experience for all of us didn't put pleasant words in our mouth.
My girlfriend and I went here to enjoy the day out on the deck. We waited in line to get served and the bartender bypassed us purposely to serve someone she knew that did not wait in line. We let it go and patently waited again. The same blonde haired bartender again bypassed us to service someone behind us in line. At this point, I mentioned it to her and she screamed at me and threw her hand up in the air. She still refused to serve us, as the other bartender looked at us and smirked. I went straight to the manager and explained what had happened. He acted very uninterested and asked us if we wanted a drink. I told him we would like to see her reprimanded. In my 53 years on this earth, I have never been treated so poorly and unprofessionally as a customer. The manager refused to reprimand her stating that it was "too busy to do so and of he reprimanded her, it would just cause unnecessary drama". We told him we were leaving and disgusted and the manager again acted as if he didn't care. This place is a sorry excuse for an establishment and will not visit ever again.
Very poor customer service. When you call the restaurant, no one is able to answer. Last week, starting from Tuesday-Friday, I had called about 8 different times starting from opening to close. I had messaged social media on instagram on Wednesday asking if the patio was open. I then emailed Barb as their voicemail says to. I asked barb if she could do outside reservations for their patio. She said no. However, social media told me they can do reservations for the month of may but I needed to call the restaurant. I then explained no one is answering the phone and they responded back they are short staffed and would pass my message to management. I took my chances and drove to the restaurant on Friday with my party and the wait was 2.5 hours. Needless to say we did not wait. If someone was able to answer the phone, this could have been avoided.
Very expensive very dirty sat outside rat bate visible on floor old limes, and garbage on floor. Salad was horrible moldy lettuce. Will never go back.
My wife +I had an amazing time @ Brownies on the Lake. Nice warm Friday afternoon to try a new place. We were greeted by a wonderful hostess, who also turned out to be our waitress. Ashley P., you did an amazing job. Super friendly, knew the menu well, listened to our questions + provided nice recommendations. We were celebrating our anniversary, and highly recommend Brownies + Ashley P. on your next visit. Food was delicious, scenery couldn't not be beat, and live music to welcome the weekend. Five Stars.
First time I had been here in years. We were hoping to sit outside but so was everyone else so we took a window table inside. I wasn't blown away by this meal but everything was good. The steak was cooked as ordered and I liked the onions straws on top. They did run out of lobster tails so they substituted shrimp in its place for one meal. They were good but not really a substitute for lobster and the portion was on the smaller side. Overall, good atmosphere, food and friendly/fast staff. I would go back ??
