This visit I got Rueben Sandwiches for $4 each w/coupon. They've always been YUMMY!But why they took potato cakes off the menu is beyond me! They were GREAT and were one of Arby's classic signature sides that were around forever.IMO, their curly and crinkle fries can't compare to the potato cakes which BTW, no other fast food place offers. Hash browns at other fast food places aren't the same as Arby's potato cakes. Bring back your potato cakes please!
Curly fries had no heat to them at all not even enough for a heat lamp. Chicken nuggets were the smallest nuggets I have ever seen! I read online that they had the best chicken nuggets of all fast food places I would not go back!
A pretty solid location. My most recent visit was a little less than perfect but still overall happy. Brisket burger was dry but I have had it before a couple times with better experiences at the same location.
I placed a mobile order and didn't realize that the food is made immediately after placing the order. I called the restaurant and they waited until I got there to start making my order and they didn't have to do that. Phenomenal customer service.
When the wagyu Burger first came out I went to the drive-thru to order one and they said it was sold out. So I left. Tonight I went to the drive-thru again to try the wagyu Burger again she said sold out so I left and went to Burger King this Arby's is ridiculous how could you have not enough meat or burgers
Very fast and friendly service in the drive thru. Hot fresh food. Only issue ordered 2 cherry pies and received one cherry and one apple...no worries. Still delicious.
Very fast. Accurate and nice staff. Young lady at the window was so nice. Gave me two of all sauces because I'm greedy and I like dipping everything in something. They were fast, food was good, good service. Great job Arby's. It was clean outside too.
Place was not too busy but my food was cold. I ordered 4 reg roast beef sandwiches and a large fry. Ordered inside. By the time I ordered to receiving my food 15 minutes passed and he put the sandwiches that had been sitting on the counter when I walked in the door in my bag. The fries she put in my bag had been sitting off to the side. Need to get their act together for the amount I paid for my food. Maybe they should put as much effort into the food they give the customers as they do with the commercials. The girl who took my order looked & acted like she wanted to be anywhere but there. Very disappointing unfortunately ?
I arrived at the St.Clair Shores location 10:30ish the Gentleman that addressed me in the drive thru clearly had a attitude I should've left yet I ordered my food. My fault for not checking my bag. I ordered the Family Pack for $12 -2 large sandwiches 4 sliders 4 fries and 7 piece boneless chicken &fry. Got home No Large sandwiches,sliders cold every fry ice cold, I called to complain. I believe I spoke with a Manger telling him I didn't have enough food for my children he hung up on me. I'll never return .
This place is hit an miss, but usually they forget something like last time it was the dip for my French dip, time before a double beef and cheddar! You been warned check your order before pulling away!
