Don’t go here and don’t use their app. They stole $26.89 from me. I used the app then they couldn’t deliver the order and refused a refund. Tried complaining to corporate but nothing. Now they lost my order and since it was last month they won’t help. Mind you I live 45 mins away from this location and couldn’t just stop in. Oh, and they won’t tell you to come in and take care of it until you get to the pick up window and have already wasted the time waiting in line. Didn’t have time to deal with it by that time. Disgusted on the whole thing.
This is what I received this morning for my daughter almost 2 dollars
I don't know if you hired someone new but the service was so fast today, Tuesday March 22
Definitely not the Tim Horton experience you are looking for and hopefully not the one you are used to. Try any other location in the area.
I like Tim Hortons' food, don't get me wrong, but this location has gone down the drain so quickly and it's so sad. I went to the drive thru the other day and it looked like the place was open, but there was no one inside. I even went around again to make sure I wasn't being a jerk. ?
Love love this place great coffee and biscuits are out of this world good.
Worst Tim Hortons in downriver. It's not a pandemic thing either. If you look through the reviews it has been like this for years. The truly don't care about service or quality or customers. I think that's one of the job requirements; rude; won't care about the job. Or it seems that way.
The worst Tim Hortons in the area. Their poor service predates the pandemic. Consistently out of product and rude.
They just can not get your order correct. We have felt sorry for them during these difficult times but 7 out of the last 10 times our order is incorrect. We do our best to check it but then it holds up the entire line. Really 2 coffees and 2 bagels is pretty simple. I hope they are able to get more help soon, I always loved this one.
