I love going here, but I've had a bad experience. I made an order at 4:37 in the afternoon and it turns out that it was already closed, I went to the store a few days later and the girl told me that she was going to leave it in the system so that I could pick it up whenever I wanted. now I went to pick it up today and "the supervisor" it was sooo RUDE, he said that it was no longer available that they can only keep it after a week has passed. so I lost my money without product? I asked for the manager and he was not there, I will continue fighting my order, i will take them to court! ?☕️
I had a bagel with cream cheese with what appears to be rat feces in the cream cheese, and a coffee with about a tablespoon of grounds in it. Made several complaints, all Tim hortons says I'm sorry about your visit and will look i to the matter and does absolutley nothing about it. workers they're are totally incompetent. Place needs to be shut down.
Ordered a BLT!…. Not a LT, no bacon. Smh simple sandwich, how do you mess that up?!
I go here everyday and the staff is beyond awesome. They’re so kind and friendly, and my orders are always 100% right and consistent.
You used to be really great but now you’re good and I still come there but I think you need to clean out your coffee pots because lately my coffee has tasted burnt I have a good day
Lights were on menu was lit up little sign said no doughnuts or timbits went to windowevensmaller sign said closed unacceptable this store has been awful it is not by any standard a tim hortons they could have at least put a big sign sayong closed and a cone in drive thru would have been nice NEVER HAVE I SEEN A WORSE STORE
The owner of this Tim Hortons is becoming so unprofessional. He is the owner of a few and they are constantly closing different times every day. I should not have to run all over this city to another closed Tim Hortons. I get you are short staffed but instead of having 10 people in the morning how about you spread them out and if they can't work the shift you need that is to bad. What ever happened to the owner working at their business. Seriously finding a new coffee spot as much as I come and spend daily and half the time I waste money because it is not made properly it is jist overall annoying. Not just me saying this either. Yall need to seriously get it togeyher. How about set certain times even if you close early and update them on google. So tired of wasting time and mo ey with this owners locations.

Ordered 2 B/E/C breakfast sandwiches, 1 on an everything bagel, 1on a multigrain. Each should have 2 eggs. Ours came with only 1. We sent the order back. Mgr threw them in the trash and remade them but used plain bagels. Unacceptable.
