Honestly they don't deserve any stars at all. I went there at 7:15am on 6-15-22 and I ordered an avocado toast. There was barely any avocado on there so I asked for a little more. I got the toast back and there was less on there than there was the 1st time. The staff is so rude it's not even funny. Supposedly none of their machines are working, EVER. Never have ANYTHING in stock. In my opinion if you are that miserable at your job thinking that everyone owes you the world because you work at tim hortons, maybe you shouldn't be working there. I will definitely never come back here again. Not with the way the staff thinks they can treat customers!!?
I have had 2 “negative” experiences at this location. (1.) I had placed an online order through their app, and item I wanted (Plain bagel with Strawberry cream cheese), and had paid for already they did not have, and they offered a substitution (Whole grain bagel, with Strawberry cream cheese), which I accepted! No issue, just more of an inconvenience. (2.) (‼️This experience is the reason I am writing this review…) I had placed an order again, on the app and went to pick up my order. I go to the window and they tell me my item I ordered (Large Frozen Hot Chocolate) they could not make because the machine was broken. I was irritated, but asked how could I get my refund, and they told me talk to manager and left it at that. So, yesterday. I went in, and requested the Manager like I was told to do. She gave me an irritated look, like I was a bother to her. She spoke to me in a very negative tone, and when I explained what I just typed to her, she sighed and said it wasn’t a big issue but she’d take care of it. She proceeds to then YELL at her employees in front of me, telling them why should she have to correct my order error, when they can, and why aren’t they helping with drive through, and why did she hire them if they wre just going to be “bumps on logs” and she pointed at me and said “I have to fix her order because apparently it’s a big issue, when it can just be refunded.” And after her mini rant, she gave me my refunded drink. I did call Corporate today related to yesterdays incident, because in my eyes that was not professional. I did not really care how she spoke about me, I was more angry at how she treated her employees in front of me.
This is apparently $1 worth of extra cream cheese. I was the only one in line so they were not busy at all. Would not recommend.
I ordered through the app to get my order delivered to my house and nearly everything was wrong. Three food items weren’t even received and the ones that were, were inedible. A hot drink was received as a cold drink. The only things right were the Timbits. Entirely disappointing and now I have to figure out a different way to feed my family since the rest of it didn’t arrive. I don’t know how this location is still in business. If the app would have let me, I would have chosen a different one.
Friendly young people who didn't spaz over a larger order. Picked up coffee & donuts for a crew. They got the order totally correct!.
Drive thru only. Tim Hortons Corprate needs to find a way to staff the restaurant for walk in/dine in service. The staff was friendly and doing the best they could with several equipment malfunctions. Kudos to a wonderful staff working in challenging conditions. ?
This is by far the worst Tim Hortons ever. Every time i visit this store the staff messes up the order. I specifically ask politely and repeat my order 3-4 times and they still mess it up. When i ask politely to have what I payed for fixed, they are rude and disrespectful. They also cursed at my 62 year old mother.. They just remade my drink and refused to fill it up and i ordered a large, and they added water to my drink and still didn’t fill it up. Needless to say i will be filing a complaint with corporate Tim Hortons. I tried to contact corporate and they wanted me to pay them a dollar to file a complaint. What in the world kind of company is this..!
Ordered this at work today took 1 bite and a few hours later I was throwing up at work and had to go home early!! DO NOT EAT HERR, THEY GAVE ME FOOD POISONING WITH BAD EGGS!
Went through the drive through & it was a long line they moved through quickly. My order was marked accurately, though I suspect it had a little extra sugar based off the sweetness, but nothing extreme. Will definitely return.
Waited in line for 20 minutes and was disappointed coffee was Luke warm ? I am not use to that usually piping HOT maybe because it was Saturday and very busy but I was disappointed. The lady who took my order appeared her demeanor she didn't want to be there.
