DO NOT"! GO TO THIS TACO BELL! Their customer service is horrible. I went through their drive thru and asked for the 12 pack of soft tacos. I asked the person at the window are they soft tacos? The lady Tracy told me yes. She said she even watched them wrap them. When I got home, sure enough they were hard shelled tacos. When opened the hard shell tacos there was FOUR PIECES of MEAT! in each taco! I PAID EXTRA FOR FOUR Pieces OF MEAT! And they were Not even soft shell! I called up there and said it was a Complaint call, I have been to this Taco Bell 3 different days and times to get Soft tacos. Each time I got Hard tacos, the lady told me that I was a lair. They only make what you order. I said I even asked the lady at the window, if it was soft tacos she lied to me. They called me a Liar again and hung up on me. If you want the FOOD YOU ORDER and PAID for DO NOT GO HERE!!!!! They do not listen to you and even calls you a liar!!!!!
Just came through at about 1:30 in the morning. First of all, it was a 20 minute wait for my food, second of all, I ordered a #2 supreme and I didn’t get sour cream on my tacos, third of all, I also asked for mild sauce on the side which I never got. Last thing as well, if you’re out of something, you should let the customers know at the window. If it’s that hard to do your job, then quit. And they also upcharged me for a large drink even though they gave me a medium. I truly never want to return and you have lost me as a customer. Thanks a lot for ruining my food and making me spend extra for stuff I never got! Would give you no stars but the morning staff is always wonderful.
Terrible service, I ordered Mexican pizza on app. Once I got there I tried to order a 2nd order because I had a TB gift card but the app won’t let me add it so I thought to use it in person. Woman at speaker refused to take my order and extremely rude to me. When I get Mexican pizza it is horribly made almost like they purposely messed my order up on purpose
The morning crew was awesome! Especially the gentleman working the window, so friendly! I am Not that friendly in the morning and he was a great start to the day! Really loving the Taco Bell breakfast!!
Came here tonight on 4/2/2022 & spent $23.83. Didn't receive my 4 dollar taco, my Pepsi didn't taste anything like Pepsi & I'll let the pictures explain this rating. Didn't even bother calling. We just won't ever be back to this location. Laziness at its finest.

Joey the Manager was rude from the start and the end of the service. Very sassy attitude. I do understand where we have to go back and add items. But I was unsatisfied with my food and he refused to do a refund. In the morning corporate will be contacted
Got extra tomatoes in the order and it was all there. Everything but tortilla chips tasted very good.I'm seeing a disturbing trend among Taco Bells: the chips taste slightly to very rancid, rarely fresh or even "normal." It's bad when packaged chips at a grocery store taste way better than Taco Bell chips.Palatable here but not the best. I don't think they change tortilla chips' fry oils much, to save money. WAKE UP, MANAGERS! WE NOTICE!Fresher and a bit healthier entrées compared to burger or chicken places is THE reason I visit Taco Bell. They have the most vegetables of any fast food. And vegetables are the key to health. Keep it up but make those tortilla chips with fresh oil PLEASE!
Now we come here literally all the time. They’re usually not too bad. But this time was awful. They got our order wrong four times we go to the window where yet again it’s wrong. They correct it. Forgot our paid for drinks and literally said the manager said they couldn’t give them to us. I’ve worked in fast food and doing that’s far from acceptable. Also when we got home even tho it appeared we got all our food we were still missing a lot of items. So this is ridiculous.
Don't eat fast food very often. Very surprised how expensive it is getting. The items I got were good enough, the drive-thru line seemed to move fairly quickly, and employee interaction was friendly enough.
