This is a good restaurant to get a footlong
Rude customer service about food bought and paid for and not received and the order was totally screwed up. Kids cheese burger w no cheese and mustard only...then I was told to wait back in their huge line to correct the order even tho I wanted no more food just my money back bc I was willing to give back what they called food to them. Hope they improve for the rest of yall bc we will not be going back there ever. Good luck if you order form them
Overall the food is good and the staff is friendly. I took one star off because it can take long for them to take your order and/or make your order. And I took another star off because even when it takes a while to get your food, there can be multiple things wrong with your order sometimes. Today, I asked to add ketchup to a burger. Not only did they not do that but they removed the mayo that was supposed to come on it. I asked for a large size and they gave me a medium. I paid for two ranch cups and they gave me BBQ.
Had a workers hair in my food (it was purple I’m blonde) I asked for a refund & instead was given a coupon for a free lemonade. Lol a lemonade that costs 1¢ to make for having to go without food all day because mine had hair in it (I was at work) Seems like a very cheap way to handle giving someone disgusting food.

The food is fine. Great shakes. Pretty affordable. I have literally never received a single sauce packet I’ve ever ordered lmao.
It's a Sonic they have decent fast food. Staff is always friendly and upbeat. The order ahead and pick up is a good feature. My family goes to this Sonic quite often.
Came to the drive through around 11:15 and the store was still open and cars were at the window. We tried to order and no one responded for 10 minutes so we drove to the pick up window and the workers started cleaning for the night when the sign said they closed at 12pm. We sat at the window waiting to speak to someone but got nothing but looks and was ignored for another 25 minutes. A lady then came to the window but instead of speaking to us she locked the window in front of us and walked away. Very unsatisfied and wished someone would’ve explained what was going on. There were other cars behind us waiting to speak with someone too. (Date: 11/6/21)
I truly enjoy Sonic each time I go! Service is good as well as my food. Always hot n fresh! If u have not tried their steak n cheese subs, new garlic bacon butter burgers, fries vrs the tots or the chocolate shakes please do!! Soo good Shakes or the Cherry lime aid.
I like this Sonic but when I visited last week they ran out of pretty much everything I wanted to order. I know it's because of COVID which is why I'm giving it 4 stars. They are easily a 5 star place but not being able to order the majority of the things I wanted stinks.
