The food and service are great!
I was reminded of why I don't like this place when they screwed up 2 burgers... if I'm paying $13 for a burger, I want it the way I want it! The cooks apparently don't know what medium rare is. The first burger was a charred hockey puck, the remade burger was medium at best. My husband only wanted bacon and cheese, got lettuce, tomato and mayo also. They remade it correctly but was medium at best. Our waiter only stopped by once, had to ask for drink refills. We didn't need more fries, but they are bottomless and he never stopped by to see if we did want more. Terrible cooks, terrible service. Won't be back. ?
Came back to the same location.Food presentation is good.Clean inside and out.A bit pricey.Our server was pleasant and attentive.My burger was flavorful, no wow factor for me.Fries were cold.Not really impressed.Also the refill on the drink is smaller
Food was hot and tasted good. I ordered Sautéed shroom and swiss and was surprised that they used canned mushrooms instead of fresh ones and I didn't taste any garlic or parmesean on it either! Fries were nice and hot and the cocktails were tasty! Our waitress was Alisha and she was super nice and attentive!
Great food, although a bit pricey
Our waitress was the only thing good about our visit. We came in and was told we would be seated next, they took everyone else first just to find out they never took our name down to seat us. It took us almost 20 minutes to be seated and then we had to wait 1.5 hours to get our food. The lady that was seated with her 2 daughters an hour and a half after us got there food before we did. My family and I missed our appointment and still had to get our meal to go. What makes me madder then anything is my 7year old daughter didn't get to eat till after 9pm. We will I'll not be back to eat hear. For what it's worth thank you to our waitress Stephanie you were amazing and even got us 2 fries because of the wait on our food.
Is this a 5 star restaurant? I mean not by definition, but I had a 5 star experience. I haven't been here in years. The service was great, the food was quickly prepared, perfectly cooked to order, and delicious. I ordered a takeout to bring home for someone else, and it was delivered right on time with our bill. Over all, perfectly orchestrated, and a delightful experience.
The worst service known to man. No one has their hair up, the floors are dirty and disgusting. They “clean” the tables by using a rag and throwing it on the floor where it accumulates into a even more messy floor. I lost track how long we waited for our drinks alone. Forgetting to bring items to our table. Charged us for items we did not receive. After the ridiculous wait, they got two meals incorrect. So two kids had to repair the never ending wait even more for their food to even be corrected. The manager, who is definitely NOT dressed for the job he has, shirt was all wrinkled, not tucked in properly.. he had zero idea what was going on. The waiter was even just as confused as they went back and forth figuring the issue when all we needed was two slices of cheese at that point. Worst service ever. Worst management ever. Terrible job at resolving the issues. There’s a bunch of bussers just walking around, everyone standing in the kitchen looking lost. I seen another guest having to speak to the manager; then he went in the kitchen saying how he doesn’t even know how to resolve issues because he gets nervous. The establishment is a joke and how it’s in business still is beyond me. I’ve never been this pissed off leaving a restaurant, I brought my food home in boxes. I just wanted out of that train wreck. 0/10 recommend The manager never even came to us about the issues. He kept sending a waiter who had zero idea what to actually do in these situations. Then we had to wait for the bill for the joke of the manager to fix not once, but twice.
The selection of food was amazing. The flavor in eat bite of the burger was mouth watering. The cauliflower wings were amazing with the island heat sauce. I plan to return for the Ser - ious Salmon. It looks delicious. The lady serving us was kind and very smily. Made me feel like home was right here.
Took a bit longer than would have liked for our food but nothing horrible. Waitress was very good, meal was enjoyable.
