Had a good time. The lobster tail was very small but it was part of a lunch special so I can't complain too much. It's not the best seafood and steak I ever had (it's a chain restaurant after all), but if you know what to expect when you go in, it's decent. The super friendly service made up for any knocks in food and price. The sauce on the brussels sprouts was interesting, it 100% tastes like the sauce on a lot of American Chinese food. I recommend them.
Absolute worst experience I've had at this location. My son and I went for the endless shrimp, and the 30 minute wait was the high point of our meal! Server was awful, and inattentive. He was more concerned with flirting at a nearby table, apparently. Waited over 20 minutes for our first order of shrimp, and was cold when it arrived. Forgot my side of fries,, and never received any edible fries until my 3rd order of shrimp came??? Made the manager, Haley, aware of this, and she seemed unconcerned. Huh? Really?
Not impressed this visit whatsoever. Men change. Why in earth would a seafood place serve chicken fingers unless it was a kids meal is beyond me. Usually have pick your own - with check or steak. Not an option unless you want fingers - NOT. This place was so cold we got our food and ask to have it packed up because it was too cold to eat. It was a cool day - April 3,2022 and they had the air on ???? Service was excellent from our waiter tho. He totally understood how cold it was and the changed menu. Food was good but not what we usually like to have unfortunately. Will come back when you change the menu again - hopefully back. ?♀️
There were (3) of us on a Sunday afternoon. The parking lot was full but the restaurant seemed empty. The waitress was nice but forgetful. The prices are high for warmed up Gordon Foods. The food is on par with Long John Silver’s but prices are closer to a good seafood restaurant which the haven’t been for years.
Had one of the best meals ever at red lobster . I always go once a year during lent . Very great service the bacon wrapped scallops and shrimp Alfredo is ?!!! Lots of Alfredo sauce and lots of shrimp ? yummy ?
Took my sister out for her bday. All was going well until server looked stressed out when it started to get crowded and kept forgetting to bring stuff to our table when ordered or asked and was taking longer than 20min each time we asked if he had forgot. It was understanding it was getting crowded but if u can't handle the heat, stay out of the kitchen. Got charged for things that were not suppose to and kept telling him to where he didn't let me see it after he says he fixed it and ran my checkout on his own and snatched my card to rush back to his other customers. That to me was where he over did it. Left disappointed but at least my sister had a good time away from her kids
I should have known something was wrong when I pulled up on a Sunday and the parking lot was in empty! This place did not have half of the menu items. Drinks were HORRIBLE!! Asked for bread did not get it until it was time to go. Kept saying the kitchen was backed up but there was no one there!! Calamari came out cold twice. Shrimp Scampi was so salting one the kids spit it out. Shrimp Alfredo came out cold. Salads were messed up. It was an $227.00 bill of a TOTAL MESS!! WILL NOT RETURN!!
The service was good, but the food not so much. Needless to say I had high expectations but given the many changes to the dining experience it didn't live up to the restaurants previous quality. The best part of the experience the biscuits of course.
A lot of staff standing around and slow service , didn’t make sense. Came to pick up an order where I was told to go to pick up window and wait . Waited , was asked for my name and she just walked away , didn’t say let me check , yes it’s ready , can you give us five minutes to finish up the order. Nada. Probably won’t be back . Four hostess and plenty of tables with dirty dishes on them not a good look for Covid still going on . Cleanliness is super important right now
Outstanding. I wish id have remembered to get our waiters name but he was very helpful and quite pleasent . The food (especially the biscuits) was outrageous. With one small exception being the lobster potatoes. But its a personal preference opinion. The potatoes were super creamy and delicious. But the sauce over top wasn't my favorite. Overall a wonderful experience
