Not bad it's just the wait. Never had anything weird in my food just sometimes the wait is long but I rather have the food cooked so, can't complain too much.
It’s Panda Express so you can’t expect miracles food was door dashed and it was hot and correct and was pretty decent for being some fast fast Chinese food definitely not my go to but I get the craving every couple of years
Yummy when made fresh,which is the usual. Just wish you could get a side of the sauces the dishes are cooked in, like sweet fire,orange chicken
Cashier was extremely pleasant and helpful but did not receive the extra entree or my egg roll as requested.. I was surprised she asked is what we wanted and then did not even add them
honestly disappointed compared to other establishments and pandas. I mean to get off work and actually have expectations of receiving at least some decent food only to be given the bottom of the pot like are you serious. upcharge for steak and shrimp just for 8 shrimp and 6 slivers of steak yet I got plenty of onions and chunks of uncooked broccoli to go around. I'm not vegan so when I am upcharged for my meats and have to wait I expect my portion to reflect the price because the orange chicken was about as good as it gets. definitely chiosing the hill establishment
Do not order from here! We have Covid and placed an order for delivery. When the order arrived it was missing three items. Tried to contact the store while the driver was still here no success. Took 45 minutes for them to answer the phone then I was told that it was not their issue. We would get a refund for the missing items. If we could go out we would have and when I explained this to Sydnee she said it’s not her issue. No apology, no offer to correct THEIR mistake. Horrible!
They close at “9:30” I show up at 8:40pm and they tell me there closed I ask why, and they say because they have no food. How are you a restaurant and have no food? Especially since it’s 50 minutes before they close. I know they didn’t run out of food because I saw them cleaning up so I believe that they just wanted to close down early to leave early. This isn’t the first time it’s happened to me either, they seem to “close down” a hour early all the time and different excuses each time. I definitely don’t recommend going here especially since they are rude. They aren’t nice when you simply just ask why they are closed a hour before there suppose to. They get attitudes everytime.
This Place needs to get it's act together. Lobby closed at 11:22am, when asked why they said "we're not opening it yet", though it says it opens at 11am. But what do I know, I'm just the customer. So okay, I go through the drive thru and place an order, and shocker, 24 minutes after opening they didn't have the common menu items like grilled teriyaki chicken and told me it would be a 15-20 minute wait. Why are you even opening at 11am if you're not ready?! I won't come back here. This is the 3rd time here and every time it's some excuse why they don't have it together. I've never once had a problem with the Woodhaven or Monroe Panda Express, but Southgate is a joke. Corporate should be embarrassed. Food is good though.
The lady in the window was pretty short with me I had never been to this place before and I was trying to figure out what to order. She seemed aggravated that I asked her some questions. Note to self next time go inside and order hahah. The food was okay for fast food chinese.
I would not eat at this place period. I brought two plates (as they call it) and they try giving us the smaller dinner and the wrong dinner at that. So, we decided to just get our money back, but that was proven harder than I thought. Ended up having to call the cops,, and still didnt get my money. The police told me I have to call cooperate and try to get my money back. That it was nothing they can do. So, Panda Express can screw up your order and give you a hard time about refunding your money. Crappie establishment don't waste your time or money.
