First time trying and was not impressed. We ordered a draft beer, top shelf margarita, and a large Thai pie pizza hand tossed ale crust.The beer was warm and flat (did not finish). The margarita tasted very water down with very little margarita flavor and was 1-1/2" from top of glass (could only drink half the glass anyway) and the pizza had only 2 pieces we could find with cheese on them and the only flavor we got was sweet. We did like the atmosphere in the bar where we sat and our waitress was top notch other than that we will not be back to this restraunt. Cannot say I would not recommend because I'm sure there are other items on the menu that are good, but I do not recommend ordering anything from the bar.
The waitress threw our food out on us . We weren’t even gone 5 minutes. So I spent a bunch of money for nothing . Won’t be coming back because they wasted my money by THROWING AWAY ALL MY FOOD .plus I waited over a hour for food . Change your staff because obviously they are oblivious .
Went here a few days ago.....Haven't been here I awhile. Daughters chicken tenders were burnt and the waiter didn't even say sorry.Had to wait 10 mins for a different dish. Bruschetta was great. My only gripe was the large deep dish pizza with four toppings was $32....We got two separate 4 piece pizzas...Little Caesars has a large supreme the same size for $10 I believe and it's just as good if not better.....Pizza for that price is insane... Won't be going there anymore
Old Chicago used to be a good place to eat, very friendly, good food and great service….the key words here are used to be. The last two times that I tried to spend money at this restaurant I was turned away. About a year ago we walked in and the bar area was nearly empty. We attempted to seat ourselves and were very rudely told it would be an hour wait. Not sure why the place was half empty. I said I would never go back. After a year I decided to try again. We walked in tonight around 8:30, the bar area was half empty. I wasn’t sure if we could seat ourselves because nobody greeted us. I turned around and a larger African American female walked up, I asked if we could seat ourselves and she rudely said no, we are only serving for the next 15 minutes. It was 830 and the sign on the door said they are open until 10:00. Service at this place has become nonexistent . Unfortunately I will never patronize this restaurant again.
It was not even decent to be honest. I understand that the pizza I ordered had garlic, but I didn't expect whole cloves of it. The only save and grace were the wings to be honest. I was still eating and the waiter already came with a pizza box, even though me and my friends were not finished

I love this place but this might change. They got rid of the build your Mac &Cheese:( and the Buffalo chicken rolls are half the size as before. I will give it one more chance next month. I don't think they are going to change. Very sad!!!!
This is a lively and relaxed urban Italian atmosphere type of restaurant. The food is delish and the staff are very polite and friendly.The service was reasonably quick with it being slightly busy. The music is fun and you can sit at a high top table by the bar or traditional booth. Great menu options and yummy drinks!
Very nice atmosphere. Great pizza. Helpful and courteous waitstaff. Expansive beer selection. Well worth the trip.
I really enjoy this place. Prices are not bad, food is always so so good, and it’s just a good vibe.
