Love the food .. taste is the best
fire entire staff and train new staff worst customer service in my life as well as slow service. my family had to walk out after a big pay of people did the same.
We got seated immediately but for some reason our party waited over 25 minutes and no one ever came to greet us or bring us menus or drinks but the lovely white family that got there 10 minutes after us were greeted and drinks came out immediately for them and before anyone says our color had nothing to do with it on the way out 3 other black families said they didn’t blame us for leaving and they had been waiting for services for a long time as well while all the other white families sat happy and eating abs drinking oh btw the young lady that was supposed to serve us looked at us all happily let us walk out it’s Father’s Day and unfortunately now because of lack of service my dad is out of a dinner we have heard about this place and were so happy to come but the customer service is clearly for whites ONLY !
This place offers some killer menu choices with a whopping 10 pound burger, followed up by a 2lb taco. Definitely something cool to try if you're an eater. For only $20 bucks how could you go wrong with this experience. Definitely stop in and try the place out. You will be very pleased.
Ive been to Mallies but years ago. I didn't care for it then but figured I would give it another chance. My son and I went Tuesday and it was awful. Started with the service being super slow. It was only us and a couple other tables so it wasnt busy at all. 1st tried ordering multiple appetizers but she said no one made night before so they don't have. Ok that's fine ordered gouda Mac n cheese appetizer and it was basically water. Then my son ordered fettuccine alfredo and she came back saying no noodles. So he changed the noodles to something else. I got a Philly steak and it was disgusting. There was hardly any meat in it and the meat that was there was burnt and charred. For a 53.00 lunch I expected more. Also the oil the onion rings were cooked in needs to be changed because those were disgusting as well.
Not impressed at all food was old the bench was broke down. It's nothing to write home about! They can do better 70.00 on trash shrimp were cooked in old grease! Had a , bad after taste
I used to like this place. I like to have two tall beers and dinner. Bar was full so I sat at a table. Ordered a tall Oberon and only got a pint. Waitress informed me that you have to sit at the bar to get a tall beer. Really? Pint is $6.00 and a tall I’m guessing is 22 oz for a dollar more. They are nickel and diming their patrons. Won’t be going back.
I enjoyed my food. Service was good. I would go back. Nice experience.
The 10lb burger was cooked to perfection, flavor all the way through, same with the 2 lb taco! Service, atmosphere, food excellent!
It would've been a 5 star but we sat for over 20mins before someone greeted us and people that came in after us had been greeted and orders took. I felt some type of way because we were the only black family there. But once I informed the manager she sent a very nice waitress out of her area to take our order and she was apologetic about the situation. I'm happy the other waitress didn't greet us little did she know I'm a waitress so the tip was above 20% lesson here don't judge a book but its cover. Thanks to my waitress that took time out to make my experience better.
