Ordered the fish, was DISGUSTING. The fish itself was extremely dry, the breading was the farthest thing away from crispy. My sides were room temperature. I sent it back and ordered the French dip, wasn't any better. Seemed like they microwaved it to get it out faster. Only thing good about my meal were the second round of fries that actually came out fresh. The last 5 or 6 times we've been here, this has been our experience. Terrible food, leaving extremely unsatisfied. I'm not sure how many more chances i can give this place before it's a total loss and stop coming.
Good steaks and chicken
Our server, Gregg, was great. However, the food was terrible. The steak I ordered medium, came out so we'll done I couldn't chew it and was flavorless dispite getting sauteed mushrooms on top. I wanted a bottle of beer, but they were out so I got draft and it was so flat I didn't drink it. My son ordered a double kids burger. It came out so small and they didn't even put the extra patty on. We came here because other steak houses we tried had an hour+ wait and when we walked into Logan's we were seated right away. Now we know why and won't make that mistake again.
The restaurant has less then excited, friendly greeter at the door to seat you. The dessert menus were sticky from spilled items from previous customers. So were the drink menus. Our server was great and worked hard but she couldn't over come the other issues. My strawberry margarita arrived with half of the frozen mix still frozen and clumped up in one corner. We ordered the deluxe potato skins that were supposed to come with jalapeños and ranch. We had to ask our server for these items they did not arrive with them. The beef brisket on top of the skins was so dried out it was crispy. Our meals weren't much better. My friend had the combo plate of steak, crab cakes and shrimp. The order was for medium rare on the meat. It came very well done. It was thin and tiny. The shrimp were over cooked to the point of the consistency of a packing peanut. The crab cakes were tasteless. My order of the Hawaiian beef skewers was equally over cooked. The rice was a scant quarter cup. The table next to us had issues with their food and service and wanted to speak to the manager. Their server was loud when getting the manager. The manager tried to fix things but the folks at the table next to is were very unhappy. So overall this wasn't a quiet dinner. This is sad. This place used to be top notch on service and food quality. I probably won't voluntarily eat here again.
We had a family celebration in "the garage"... and Lacey made all the difference in the world. What started out bumpy was changed quickly when she walked in the room. She was very attentive and changed the mood for the rest of our time there. Wonderful family time, great service, great food brought out perfectly... no one had to wait for their food while others ate... it was a great evening!!! Thank you to all
the steqks have been good except for The Logan. My last 2 were awful. My friend said his was tough a while back and last night my brother who I haven't seen in years got a tough one that he couldn't cut. My filet mignon was good and so was my wife's ribeye
Omg! I had the best steak. I ordered the 12oz. New York Strip medium rare. It was just mouth watering good. Cooked perfectly. The service was prompt and we were all well taken care of. They were busy but we felt like we were the only ones there. There was not any neglect from our Server. His tip was $ 60.00. There were 6 of us . Great food Great service ❣

went there for my first time ever, and i just have to say Millie, and Suzan were PHENOMENAL!!! i definitely will be back. talk about being treated like family, those ladies took extra good care of our table of 5, even though we can be a rowdy bunch when together, they joked, laughed, and held a full blown conversation with us the entire time! (: great job ladies, and thank you again!
Good food . enjoyed my ribeye drinks and sides. Service was good considering we had a very large crowd since we went there for a love ones repast. And when bill time came it got a little confusing because they had to separate the alcohol beverages , from the entree's. But they got it done ?..
