I love eaten their chicken don't eat no other chicken from any were but here
For starters had to yell my order at the drive thur. Repeating myself several times and my order was still messed up as far as not getting what I ordered. The biscuits were rock hard. The chicken was greasy not crisp at all. And the baked beans were so dried out that they crunched.
Clearly unprofessional and they don’t care about customers or doing their job correctly. Drive further to a different location or you’ll get hung up on! Had to make a report to corporate for ordering online and them making up lies about the whole situation. Shady place with shady employees.
Waited in the drive thru for over 45 minutes just for one famous bowl.
I spend 30$ to get a scoop of potato’s and Mac and cheese I call the manager sheaehn is o ly repeating the bowls don’t come full I come here once a week I’m very knowledgeable about what I’m suppose to get then she said you have to get a bigger size I have a family of 4 I get the same thing every time so I don’t know but lack of employees is not a excuse to screw my food that I paid for

Sold me old chicken that wasn't even fully cooked. My husband got food poisoning.
Went to order a 8 piece meal.Was told they don't have enough chicken.Can only do a "rational".They should do a better job with their inventory.
Usually don't like to complain, but I mentioned three times that we had a corn allergy but wanted a famous bowl without corn. They put it on the bottom of the bowl. They can't digest skin from it, or any vegetable, and found it the hard way and luckily they spit it out.
Wow Where should I begin? First of all it seems every time I go there now they tell me exact change or a card. Second, they cant get a simple order correct. The last two times I went there I ordered an 8 piece chicken light and dark meat. They have me 4 wings and two legs and 2 thighs, no breast meat, which they charged me for. The chicken was cold and it was obvious it was sitting around awhile.. I have going to this location for 12yrs but I will never go there again.. the staff is a bunch of kids who do not care about their jobs
