asked for turkey on my 2 veggies didn't get turkey on either
Don’t order a delivery here. Take’s over an hour every time I have ordered. Staff does not care
Not this location.. I eat at them all over the country and was very annoyed by the dogs wondering around the store today ! I will never frequent this location again .. I understand support dogs but this is uncalled for !
Multiple occurrences with this location taking over an hour to deliver food. Employee hung up on me once then a manager talked to me very condescendingly. Was tokd the owner would contact me who never did. Obviously they don't care their location is the worst location downriver... if i could rate with less than 1 star i would.
If you order delivery, expect to wait 45 minutes. If I could actually get the toppings I ordered to be put on the sub, it might bump this up to three stars.
It's super fast as always. Just wish they would have more in store specials.

When you get a combo meal one of the choices is a huge crispy dill pickle! I love this, other choices are bag of chips or big cookie.
On hold for 23 minutes but they had time to answer other calls and take other orders. I called on a separate phone while still being on hold, they had no explanation besides being very busy. The guy who answered the phone was rude & showed no concern for the issue. I am not one to complain but this is very poor customer service and the staff seems to lack any sort of concern for their customers. Keep in mind I was waiting for 23 minutes to place an order, I then called on a separate phone and they had no issue taking my order while I was still on hold.
Awesome subs! I've tried the #8 and the spicy Italian, nothing even comes close when talking about franchise sub locations. Definitely worth trying at least once.
