1 star for unintentional theft. 3-4 stars if that's corrected.Some of the machines aren't well maintained. They would take the "token" and not let the kids play the game due to malfunction or something. Most kids I watched would move on after 1 or 2 tries..but that's maybe 50-100 lost coins in any given day. I view that as taking money from kids. Of course no malice, but the end result is the kids don't get to play and some aren't knowledgeable enough or don't wanna waste time having something fixed then they could play something else.Everything else about the visit was pretty good. Even the pizza was good. But we all have pet peeves and things that idk us and this was a big one for me.
Had a great time. Made every child feel special. Especially the birthday star. My granddaughter loved it. First birthday party due to covid.
Last minute thrown together birthday party for my daughter that we didn't book a party package for and the staff went above and beyond to make it extra special for her anyways. Can't wait to bring her back! I wish I got the staff members name that seeked out the birthday girl and made her feel extra special
We haven't been here in many years first time back and let me tell you it was GREAT!!! We had sooo much fun very clean and Jessica the manager was very very very nice best experience ever we will be back for sure!! Thank you. I wish I could put 10 stars will be telling all the moms to go there!!!
My great grandson 1st birthday party was great good service and great fun...
Super clean place. Cleanest chuck cheese ever. Pizza was quick and not horrible. Great special with time limits as opposed to how much money is on card, was able to get maximum bang for buck. My 9 year old daughter absolutley loved it and played non stop for 2 hours.

Place is always pretty clean. Not many "rides" for the little ones. No more tubes or ball pits (I'm old). No more animatronic singers. The ticket game don't give out tickets anymore and don't all clearly tell you how many digital tickets you win. Some of the games are hard for kids to figure out. I don't usually order food because the cost is double/triple any other pizza joint. Even pre pandemic, they are always short staffed. You usually have to wait a bit to actually talk to anyone or cash in your tickets. Overall, my kids enjoy the place so I guess it still gets a good rating. :)
This is my second time coming to this location. This time was a better experience. Drinking fountain area was mich cleaner and they were better staffed. The food was prepared better as well and accurately. My kids were entertained for 3 hours no problem and so was I
Good time kids loved it. They had to Chucky's dancing they loved it and they did a dance session every half hour.
