Order wrong. Instead of a large coffee they handed me a small. Got that corrected. But when I got home the double whopper jr with light ketchup turned out to be a single whopper jr with only lettuce and a sad little tomato slice. Hate to hold up the line but from now on I will check the entire order befire leaving the window. PS When I tried to call and speak to someone there was no answer. Love the food but want good service too.
Worst bk in the area. I live around the block and I will now drive to the river view store before I waste time and money here again. Super long wait for my food to be completely wrong the last 3 times I’ve been here.

One star because of the majority of reviews, I used to frequent this BK when they ran smoothly. It isn't that way anymore.
There was only 2 worker's but I have to say that the customer service was great and we received are food in good timing I was missing a fry but I was ok because he said my coupon for my 2 original chicken sandwich n 2 small fries discontinued I think he gave me medium instead. This was much better service than I have received in the past

Went there for lunch and ordered a double cheeseburger heavy pickle heavy cheese only, of course they made it with everything on it. Told the lady at the window and she assured me it would be made correctly and gave me a new one assuming it would be right I left, but guess what all they did was remake it the same way. I have been trying to call all day to get my money back or a credit and no one will answer
I usually order their spicy chicken meal which is good but my chicken today was over cooked.
Will never go back to this Burger King again! Asked person at window 3 times to make sure fries were fresh( said yes they are fresh.). Umm NO Luke warm and soft. Bought a meal and chicken nuggets missing. I was only one there - so why the mix up? Tried calling numerous times so they can give me new meal( if I even want it from there ugh.). No answer and mailbox full- what kind of place is this- really went down hill!
Never leave without checking your order in the drive-thru. At best they have a 50/50 chance of getting it right no matter how many times you reiterate your order.
