I was beyond disgusted by not only what happened to me with my food, but also by the service I received tonight. I firstly want to say that I am never one to get upset at things like this, but I was absolutely shocked at the way this was taken care of. I ordered boneless wings and when I first started eating I saw something sticking out of one of my wings. I set it aside and didn’t think anything of it thinking it was just a piece of chicken or other food. When waiting for our bill I couldn’t help but keep looking at it and my girlfriend took it and cleaned the sauce off of it, only to discover that it was a feather….yes a feather in my food. I told the waitress as soon as she came back and she said she’d to get her manager. The manager came and I explained to him what I found and his only response was “okay so do you want something else?” No apologies…nothing. Just said he’d take it off my bill and walked away. The waitress brought our bill back said “have a good night” in a rude tone and then walked away. She really was not pleasant the whole time, but that just set me off even more. I get that it was busy, but when you work in customer service you should know better. Not only is this just disgusting in general finding something in your food, but it is also a health code violation. I have never had a problem with this location and love coming here, but this experience and the lack of sympathy and care that I received not only from the waitress but also the manager makes me never want to come back. I’ve worked in customer service my whole life and never would’ve handled a situation like this the way that either of them did. Extremely upset and disappointed.
Visited here on 5/22/2022 after getting sat down in a section my friend and I ordered an app and I ordered a rum and coke. She brings back the drinks after 10 or 15 minutes and it looks like water and Jameson. She realizes it isn't the correct drink I even apologize saying I'm sorry for the misunderstanding I wanted Jameson and Coke. She walks away comes back shortly right after with the exact same drink that was wrong scolding me saying "there's a difference between soda and coke I didn't know the difference so that's what you ordered" I responded "okay well I sorry can I get a remake drink and can we place our order"because at this point it's been 30 min. After she walked away again you see her visibly at the side station pointing at us as more of her staff forms around her all looking over at us pointing even. At this point I just got up and left I will never return to this spot the most disrespect I've ever seen and I was extremely polite.

Food is pretty good. Clean facility for the most part. There is one waitress name Brandie that is AMAZING! She's always nice and makes sure you have everything you need.
The food is good. The service was bad The last 2 times. I bought 50$ in gift cards as Christmas gifts. They didn't activate the cards ( so the person kept my money ) then when I went back to have them activated and brought my receipt. The younger heavyset Caucasian male told me my receipt wasn't good enough to prove I bought the cards and wouldn't even look up the receipt # in the system. Told me to call corporate. Which I did and they are sending new gift cards. So the one in southgate has people pocketing $ instead of loading it to the gift cards and im pretty sure he knew and thats why he turned me away and wouldn't even look into it.
Weekend chill spot and good for birthday gatherings.
Food was not great. The server I had was Sammie she was very rude. She took our order then never checked on us again. She made it seem like it was inconvenient for her to wait on our table.
