Absolutely one of my favorite locations. Everyone is always friendly especially the young gentlemen that is always at the window. He always makes me smile and leaves me starting my day just right.
I’ve been going to Biggby for a while and this one is great. I’ve never seen a more perfect bragel at this chain than the one I got here today. After a few stops at this location I can confidently say this location has friendly and knowledgeable staff as well as good food and drinks. They also accept the southeastern Michigan coupons that are handed out by multiple locations in the area. Like all Biggbys it’s a little pricy, but can still be cheaper than other popular coffee chains depending on what items you order.
Best customer service I’ve ever had!!!! I haven’t been here before and bri Helped me make the perfect choice and for 9 AM her energy was amazing and that honestly brightened my day !! A little hospitality went a long way here!!! One again praise bri and her customer service skills!!!

Yeah they make it seem to be a nice friendly place where you can get coffee and bagels looks good too but it's WAY too over priced for tiny little cups and the staff doesn't seem to be pulling their weight to make the experience as amazing as they can I will never go back to BIGGER COFFEE treated poorly + staff screwed around the entire time
Good coffee the drive thru sucks because there are so many pot holes I drive a ford focus and almost got my car stuck trying to leave. Also I did not like how they opened my straw and put it in in drink for me (the tip was still on there) but still didn't like it.
My favorite Bigby location of a 50 mile radius around this one! Best service and speed!
Love their coffee. I don't even put sugar in it it's so good :-) and I like how they set up Wilbur (my dog) with whipped cream.
Eh, their pumpkin spice latte was just ok. Cheaper at least.
