The 2 for $6 fish sandwiches are very good. They're a nice size for the price.

I love Arby's and could go there daily! With that being said, here's a few negatives.》The mac and cheese sauce is not good. It's too thick and lacks in flavor.》If sauce packets are not going to be automatically included in the bag, the workers should be asking if we want any.

I been coming to this location for the passed few days before work and Richard is an great help great customer service very polite. The assistant manager name Brittany is very rude and I don't appreciate the rush just because she is and manager doesn't mean she can talk at people with an attitude. She doesn't need to be a assistant manager. She didn't even ask us dose that complete our order and rushed us out the line and it was only one car behindusat the time. I asked her about a item on our receipt and she made it seem like we was bothering her. I don't appreciate her energy.

Nothing like the ad. Wish they packed the sandwich the way the advertise. Very disappointed

Food is fine but way too pricey, I swear everytime I go they are mopping the floor and it's like an ice rink. It also makes no sense for online ordering but having to go in to pick it up.

I forgot to add a chocolate shake to my order and asked to have it added when I got to the window. Window employee was directed by the shift manager that I couldn’t add anything to the order at the window and that I would need to go through the drive-through again and re-order. Keep in mind there was no cars behind me so it wasn’t a matter of delaying other customers. It was pure lazy, and completely unprofessional. Also you just cut your ticket in half and lost a customer at this location forever. Please explain to your boss why you need that raise to $15 and you still can’t even use proper customer service skills.This also reflects on the ownership as they clearly do not explain to employees where their paychecks come from. At the end of the day, it’s just food, but I’m sure other customers have had the same issue, and that may add up to something!#DoBetter
