The roast beef sandwiches were good, the curly fries delicious!The staff were friendly and efficient, our dinner was delivered exactly as ordered.The dining room was clean and organized. Although we didn't eat there, we could have comfortably.
So who doesn't LOVE ARBY'S 1ST (mint chocolate shakes are fabulous ? 10 lbs of winter weight, not so much). I'm just really glad they are open through the Covid bs. I would LOVE IF THE WOULD POST COVID HOURS that are actually accurate. Not sure about here but almost everywhere I go thinks it gives them the right to close if they are slow or something. I can't complain, line moves fast, always have my order correct and if I'm smart and want to save money I get the sliders, usually the little Reubens, small curly fries and a shake. I can have it eaten before I get home and that's how I save money! I only get it for ME!
I've been coming here since 2011-12 and very rarely is my order ever wrong. If it is, it's something small like getting curly fries instead of crinkle fries or no cheddar on the beef n cheddar. Maybe no arby sauce.... But it's not bad to the point where I must bad mouth or put someone's job in jeopardy by writing a bad review. To the people saying some of the workers are rude, try turning your stereo down so they can hear you or maybe get off your cell phone when handing them your money. It's fast food.
I got the new brisket, roast beef, Swiss, and bacon sub. It tasted like salt!! So salty it made me sick.yuk, I will never get that again. And $11 for a combo meal that's ridiculous I can go to a better restaurant and get a better meal than fast food.
I've been going to arby's for years decades One cannot say enough about arby's other than it's pricey
Short staffed, drive through line was long, but no one was working register inside for a period of time. Had to wait nearly 5 minutes to order. Once order placed, the food came quickly, was well prepared and fresh.
Love Arbys on Eureka Rd! Very friendly, quality food and they always get my order right!
The manager at this Arby's is so very nice to customers. She runs a tight ship and keeps that drive thru moving. This woman deserves a raise. Keep up the great service to all of us.

Upon entering the drive thru there are NO signs that says it’s a smoke free drive thru that being said at the window the work was very rude and said Our drive thru is a non smoking drive thru and slam the window and this is not the first time the workers has been rude
