Great food. But staff is very rude! Real fast way to lose customers. Every time I order in the phone they act like I’m bothering them. I thank them and they just hang up. If things don’t change soo I will have no choice to stop ordering from them and also put the word out so no one else orders from them. Hopefully they’ll see this message and start to control how rude their staff is. Real fast way to lose business. If you don’t like your job quit!! Don’t have an attitude because we try to call in and order food! Their foods Good this is the only reason I’m willing to give them another chance. Talk to ur staff members or you’ll ge losing a lot of customers!
My family will not be ordering from this trashy restaurant anymore. You guys keep messing up our meals at least somewhere and we went to order sweet and sour boneless chicken wings because I cannot stand chickens with bone in it and they went and screwed up my entire dinner.Gave me a pound of bone-in chicken wings instead of boneless.. I regret ever looking up to this restaurant as something that I loved eating at or eating food from.I highly suggest you guys look for a different restaurant.Sad that people don't care about quality anymore and all people want to do is rush and not make sure foods going out right and that they're going to make mistakes every time they make anyone's meal. I get humans are not perfect but to mess up every single order we have made at least somewhere is an excusable and I'm fed up with itLet alone ruined my entire dinner. Thank you guys
I used to really love Andy's and ordered regulary. I tip well/over 20%, so not sure why I got horrible service this time.On May 13th at 6pm I called in a delivery order/not via web becauae i dont teust ordering that way. . The order came to $42.72. I was told it would be delivered in an hour. I order from Andy's a lot so she had my info in the system and confirmed it with me.I can understand being busy but when it was 8pm (2 hours) I called to see where my order was. When I called I was told I never placed an order???? I told them I had called and gave a person my order, they gave me a total and told me it would be an hour. I can't believe she argued that I never called in an order and this was tge manager talking to me because i requested to talk to her.I'm not sure what happened on their end, they lost it or something . ?♀️ The only resolution was to remake it and give 20% off.... no thanks and to wait another hour (it would end up 3 hours waiting) when I was ready for dinner hours ago.I used to rave about their salads at work and encourage coworkers to go there. Not any more. I would be hugely embarassed to recommend them and they get the same poor service I did.Extremely disappointed with them. It must have changed hands because they were reliable in the past. I ordered from Happys Southgate right after this incident and recieved my delivered order with no issue.
My first visit and I’m back again the next day. I ordered the steak and cheese sub. It was absolutely delicious. The staff was friendly and delivery was waaaaay faster than expected. I’ll update my review if my experience changes, but Andy’s may be my new favorite sub shop. Thank you Andy’s!

My husband went in and ordered pizza from y'all yesterday. It was probably the best tasting pizza I've had in a very long time. The crust was so good, the sauce was great and the toppings were of great quality and quantity. He brought it home and it was so fresh and hot. Y'all satisfied my pizza crave and have become my favorite pizza spot. I told him if we order pizza again it has to come from you guys. Thanks for making great pizza and cheese bread!!

IM A STROKE PATIENT, I LIVE IN AN APARTMENT ON THE BOTTOM FLOOR AND ANDY'S DELIVERY DRIVERS, ARE ALWAYYYS EXTREMELY HELPFUL WITH GETTING MY FOOD IN WITH ME! THEIR FOOD AND PRICES ARE EXTREMELY GOOD!!! I RECOMMEND ANDY'S (TO EVERYBODY WITH AN APPETITE BECAUSE THEIR PORTIONS ARE ALSO TOP NOTCH!!!

First time coming here as I heard great things. I only ordered 2 subs and a salad, unfortunately I was highly disappointed. Maybe their pizza is better
