I'm a fan. I got the Mexican Sandwich with Chunky beef. Super good, filling and good portion size. Love the salsa - thick but not chunky. Good and easy online ordering. There's no shortage of great Mexican take out in the area, but Amigo's is definitely getting added into the take-out rotation.
The person working was really nice and food was ready quick. This is very americanized Mexican food, it says texmex on the sign, so don't expect authentic Mexican. But I was disappointed in how bland the food was. The chicken needs seasoning or sauce. And their sauce is pretty bland too. I liked the beans but they get most of the flavor from the cheddar they put on them. It isn't bad, and if you don't like spice it would be good
I've been there three times last time I ordered the mistakenly gave me beef instead of chicken on my tacos I called today no problem getting my replacement items it is probably one of my top two or three of Mexican restaurants I think it is terrific there's salsa is awesome chips too everything I've ever had
That Wet Burrito was the biggest and best I ever had! Wednesdays won't be the same anymore. Great deal 9.95 on Wed.
Got chicking fajitas,No flavor! very small portion! Barley made 3 small tacos!!....pico was just tomato and onion!,No cilantro or jalapenos! Salsa was just tomato sauce! Also a chimichanga dinner sucked! Spent 42$!! Never Again! Steer clear of this FAKE FOOD...im no chef...but i can make better food than this dump!

To be honest I had high hopes. The food seemed to look good but was mediocre at best. The marinara, I mean salsa tasted like it belong to little Caesars. If you are looking for Mexican food, I'd say you are better off going to taco bell.
Best Food Ever so glad you are in Southgate everything is fantastic fresh and the best downriver! Fresh , priced well , you will not be mad. Try the chips and salsa they are the best ever!E X C E L L E N T
