Clean and friendly service! Small error on my order--would have been problematic had I not checked my receipt while waiting. Corrected pleasantly and quickly.

I called and made an online order and they said it'll take 7 to 10 minutes I get there 15 minutes later and I'm waiting for my order for an entire hour with 6 other people who also ordered online and still haven't received their food in an hour!! They're fixing everyone's plate who walked in but are not making the food for the online orders!
The chicken potpie & turkey chili was good, though, very pricey for a cup of soup.
I stopped in to grab a cup of soup for my sister. It was my first time at Zoup. I not sure what's going on but the wait was over 30 minutes. There were 5 people behind the counter. I ordered the lobster bisque soup for my sister in Beaumont hospital. I arrived at 11:05a and walked out of the restaurant at 11:37a. Yes. Perhaps because it was the lunch rush. Thank you.
Decided to drive a fair bit to this location because they happened to be open on a Saturday.The place was borderline empty, but our order took tremendously long. After all that wait, we take a quick glance and it seemed we had the right stuff.When we got back home, we found that they messed up and didn't give us the vegetarian soup we ordered, and instead got a seafood soup that my fiancé can't even eat. In fact, on further inspection, they gave us someone else's soup with the bread bowl meant for us.In summation, expect your order to take a while, and triple check your stuff before you walk out the door.I'm utterly disappointed, and I'll never be coming back to this location again.
What is the first person in line to order a soup and a sandwich. After about 5 people I noticed that I’m still waiting in line and this is been exactly 12 minutes. Fortunately I was concentrated on my phone and I didn’t notice the time. I go and ask about my food and apparently they just skipped over me even though I have standing right there. They said my food would be right up and I waited an additional two minutes and at this point I have decided that 15 minutes for a cup of soup was a waste of time. Ask for money back which another minute.
