Great place to grab a light lunch! They have a wide variety of delicious soups! Everything for every palate. Vegan, spicy, gluten free, non-spicy, non-dairy, you name it! Chicken pot pie soup is one of my all time favorites! Recommended!

I was a regular customer at this Place! What really did it for me was the last visit. The woman just actually stared at me and never spoke or greeted me. The man just looked at me also and never said anything! I’m in that place at least every other week. I tried to frequent the black owned establishments, but the customer service sucks! I decided to go to the Northwestern Highway store. I went there and they greeted me so nicely and smiled. I even called and left a message on their voicemail telling them about their bad service, I never received a call back or anything. Words of wisdom to the owners, it doesn’t hurt to smile!

Love Zoup! Every time, service is good and soup even better! Been there 3 times in one week!

Very clean and surprisingly not busy but the staff seemed tired.

I tried to support since they were minority owned, but I can't continue. They don't greet you, upon entering and they really don't seem to have any organized structure. I ordered my soup with the cashier and explained I also wanted to order a sandwich. The cashier repeated my order to me and then repeated it to the sandwich preparer, who repeated the order to me a third time. The cashier prepped my soups and bagged them as I watched the preparer make my sandwich, who then disappeared to the restroom. After waiting several minutes, I asked the 'mature' co-owner, about the status of my sandwich. the mature co-owner demanded my name, which I provided. The 'mature' co-owner replies that I was not charged for the sandwich. I asked for a reciept, since I wasn't provided one, confirmed I wasn't charged and asked/paid for the sandwich. The 'mature' co-owner, never apologized for the delay, mix-up etc, I should mention that she did muster up a condescending 'thank you'. Why should I go out of my to patronize a business that doesnt offer friendly or organized services. I will travel further to the Northwestern hwy location, where service is always provided with a smile and you're offered a friendly 'Welcome' as soon you enter the door!

The owners were so gracious to me. Currently I'm doing daniel fast for LENT the owners had nothing I could eat prepared as it was close to closing time. However the owner went put of her way and prepared me a special soup bowl that would support my current restrictions. I was so surprised at the customer service I was given. I am thankful and would recommend this location to anyone. To the owners thank you very much for your excellent service.

I usually stop by this location weekly, as it's close to my office and I like to support black owned businesses. Unfortunately, after the service I received today, I will NEVER step foot in there again. The older lady (may be an owner, I see her all the time) had a HORRIBLE attitude because I asked for crackers w/ a $34 online order LOL. She said it would be a charge since bread was already in my bag. Considering their line was long (as always), no way was I going to wait to be charged for crackers- hence why I ordered online for in & out service. I offered to return the bread and swap it out. She stated "That's unsanitary because you've touched the bread. Why would I take that back?" Ma'am it's not about the money or the crackers, it's the principle. I place orders here regularly for myself and my office staff. Are you really going to argue w/ me over crackers?! After a few minutes of going back and forth, another customer who witnessed this approached me with extra crackers in her hand. She said "They gave me tons in my bag, here you go." It's ridiculous that another customer was more helpful than the actual staff. After scrolling through other reviews, I know for certain the problem was her and not my request for crackers. Hopefully your reputation isn't permanently ruined by her behavior. You definitely lost a loyal supporter today!

The lobster soup was ok, but I been feeling really sick in my stomach i hope I feel better. After seeing the reviews I noticed I’m not the only one getting sick from the food.

I've been going to zoup nearly 25 years and it has never been as bad as my delivery was today... Bacon on sandwich partially raw,Broth bowl was so SALTY COULDN'T even eat it and my soup wasn't hot. Personally I'm still speechless after ordering thru Uber eats..... 1 good thing out of 4, not good business TODAY AT ALL....

This is the worst zoup in Oakland county. I went here to support a black owned business however the female owner attitude was so stinking, that I won't ever spend another quarter in that business. Instead of having a bad attitude, clean up the floors and sanitize the counters. It's funny how people forget that without customers they have no business. To top it all off, the soup gave me a stomach ache. Rest assured, I was feeling great prior to coming into the store, 30 minutes later, I was feeling terrible. MESSAGE TO ZOUP! Please do not add a generic response to this message. The owners of this franchise need more training.
