First time at a Wing stop and I will be going back, the service was great I could tell the one lady was beat but she kept a positive attitude and got me what I needed. The food came out just as she said in 15 minutes, the store was clean and ready for guests to come in, the only complaint I have is that everything was so nice ans peaceful until the younger employee came in yelling about how it shouldn't take some so long to do something and then start going off about how she doesn't care shes not doing it ans they can't wait....not sure what it was about but sure made sure everyone could hear it......kinda ridiculous attitude to have while at work..... lol just shut up do your job and go home when your done
Called and was told to place order online (when they could have simply taken my order then). Went in to pick up my food and there was a bag with my name on it. As I grabbed it, another gentleman said it was his order. I assertively told him that it was mine as the bag has my name on it. The girl in the back rushed up and said that they had his order in my bag and that my order wasn’t ready. Imagine if he - the customer - and I were both both hot heads. And I still had items missing when they “completed” my order. My air fryer makes the best wings anyhow. I’ll just be sure to start cooking earlier so that I’m not too tired and end up with sub-par service.
They are clearly open. There was only two people and the girl snarled when she said they weren’t taking orders! Just close this sad place down!!
I walked in pop on the floor, young man sitting at the register sitting yes,the young lady took my order 10 wings waited 45 minutes for cold food soggy fries first time going to wingstop the best part of my experience was absolutely leaving and I will not come back McDonald's chicken nuggets are better than this dump.
great store , the staff is nice i always get good service every time i come . but you can tell they need some more workers so they can keep a steady flow all the times . but we all know don’t nobody wanna work anymore now days
The first time I went to this location it took them 45 minutes and they weren’t even doing their job. The second time I asked for mild wings and got them back dry and a side of grease in the bag this is over all the worst location
This location should be called the NO-Wingstop, because they were literally out of everything. NO Parmesean garlic wings, NO dessert, NO Beverages, and NO Change. And quiet as it kept NO work ethic. I had to wait an whole hour just for 6 wings and it was only 1 person in front of me
Went to this location as it is around the corner from my home. Walked in and wasn't even greeted with a hello, a young lady simply asked if I order online to which I answered no. She then stated all orders must be done online. I walked back outside to order. No sign on the door stating nor was I giving a reason. Order time was supposed to be 16-20 mins however it took 44mins. Fries were old, dark and overcooked or fried in old grease. Wings were ok. Ive had better from other locations. Doubt i'll try this 1 again.
Was told 3 separate times that it would only be 10 more mins...45 mins later i got my food. It dont take 45 mins to fry fries and supposedly thats all i was waiting on. Very unorganized and it would have been understandable if there was a line but there wasnt and only 3 orders went out (including mine) during the wait
It was ok. Definitely wasn't worth the 35 minute wait. 10 boneless wings and fries. 5 were cooked to perfection and the other 5 could have cooked a few more minutes. It wasn't horrible, but it wasn't great either. Fries under cooked. Fairly long wait time, but they seemed to be understaffed for the amount of business they are receiving, so can't hold the time against them.
