I’ve had wings from them several times and they were pretty good, however they were very salty today. When I called to let them know, they said there was nothing they could do and didn’t seem to be concerned about a negative customer experience.
Well here's the deal. There food is good. But they have the laziest employees I've ever seen. They close the store at a different time every night and then they decide when and when they don't want to take phone orders. Tonight they decided to close early so I just went to Wingstop who was still OPEN!!!
When they first opened they were good and worth the price enough for occasional upward spending for convenience sake. They’ve fallen off. They’ve always hard cooked the chicken but even harder now, smaller size and portions, and increased price.

The food was nasty way to salty. Then my card was double charged and I have to wait for days just to get 19.07 returned to my card. Like are you really serious??
Ordered a small order of 20 wings online 6 hours in advance. When I showed up to pick up the order, I waited for 35 minutes and then left without my food. They refused to refund my money. There was about 5 girls sitting at the front counter just standing around twiddling their thumbs, they should of went back to the kitchen to help!
The wings and Cajun ranch fries were both great
The Wings are amazing, the fries are great! The people have been very courteous even when I made a mistake on my order and thought it was their fault. I want to get some today!
If you’re going to participate in online app deliveries so your company can make money then UPDATE YOUR NEW TEMPORARY HOURS WITH THE ONLINE ORDERING APPS…. Just completely unprofessional to waste people’s time like this… to drive out of our way to just show up to your store that’s closed to pick up an open online order…. Then we have to waste our time calling support for another 10-15 minute just to have the dang order cancelled so we can maybe see $3…. Flat out unprofessional
I did not like the smell of the chicken. It smelled like it was spoiled. I sent an email to customer service and never heard back. That was my first and last visit! Location wasW. 12 Mile across Telegraph.
