Visited this location recently. Drive thru was very efficient and the staff was very friendly. Ordered a crave clutch and food was very fresh and tasty. You guys really, really need a location in West Michigan!
This is one of two WC that I frequent on a semi regular basis depending on where I am and I have yet to be disappointed. I usually get breakfast sandwiches on the way home from work in the morning or if stopping by my sister's.The staff has always been friendly and polite, and the food fresh and made as ordered.
The new sliders are really good. Just wish that I ate everything hot. Went back to work, and got extremely busy. But the order was correct and fast. Also no line in the drive thru. Can't ask for better. No complaints here. ❤️❤️
It's a guilty pleasure to do semi annually. We bought waaay too much food, ate too much food and had the day two regret, often associated with WC. I will still go back, and the service I received was excellent. You rarely get that at fast food lately. Give this location a chance..
I wish I took photos. I mean EVERYONE here had a GREAT attitude and service skills! I really walked out with a smile and stopped the manager on duty sitting in lobby to say THANK YOU!!!
Why are the eggs on my breakfast sandwich Blue!? I don’t what else to say! Everything else was good though.
Man they always messing up people's orders here. I asked for no pickles and everything else on it. They gave me the exact opposite. Pickles in the sandwiches with no condiments. This is the 2nd time I went here today and both times this happens with different employees. Also the people working around 4am on Saturday morning got attitude problems. Also no shrimp nibblers. Every White Castle I go to even in the hood has shrimp except for this location
The food was hot, fresh & delicious. We were not disappointed. It traveled all the way up to Houghton Lake with us.Added bonus, the young man at the pickup window was an absolute doll. Super kind. Definitely top 3 best drive through attendants I've encountered, ever. Way to go young man.

Never go to this White Castle they are the biggest racist. One time I had a dime in the bottom of my Coke. The last and final time a bone shard stuck in my gum from their sliders.
