Forgot to give Asiago Ranch club sandwich. The funny thing is this place is just drive thru, no dine-in, no pickup still they manage to mess up the order but they made sure to give us extra straws and napkins
Best fries I’ve had at Wendy’s in a long time. Cool that they have picnic tables and a little greenery, although I’d hate to eat on the side of the bench that faces the drive thru line. No one needs to see me shovel in more fries than one should at once.
Overnight shift rushed me out even though no one else was there and didn't even bother to put ice in my iced water, which is the whole reason I asked for a drink in the first place. They also gave me the wrong burger.
Food was delicious and the drive thru staff was extremely friendly! I was almost taken aback by how nice they were, you don’t get that anymore. I will definitely be back.
Had a completely wordless exchange, besides placing my order in the drive through, was not busy and expected better service. Staff at the windows did not even talk to confirm order or price, just handed me my card and meal - when I received my order it was wrong.

Donated money ? ? to Wendy's kids foundation ?. Wendy's gives you a free key ? chain ⛓️ when donating to their charity ?. The combo meals were delicious ?. Pics ? ? for everyone. This place is a catch 22. Sometimes they provide good service and others it’s very poor. This day, it was very poor. The drive thru moved pretty quickly this day and the guy that took my order was very professional, listened, didn’t rush me, and was sweet. However, once I got to the window, I noticed a few things that disturbed me. I noticed that there was no hand washing, sanitation or gloves being worn. I noticed interaction with money and the register then going directly to handle food packaging. I noticed very visible dirty hands. I noticed the disgusting back area where they prepare the food was dirty, littered and greasy. And to top it all off, my order was completely wrong and cold. I’m not making excuses for the poor service I received but some places function better when certain people are working. This was not the day for this Wendy’s. I was very disappointed and probably will not be visiting this location ever again.
The old white lady manager was very rude and unprofessional and I will be filing a complaint to corporate for her behavior. Absolutely unacceptable. I asked for a remake of a drink and she refused and gave me a run around just for remaking a coffee. Said I only paid “x” amount for it They need to fire the manager asap.This was on 3/6/22 around 2:30 pm for reference.
My food was freezing cold and the door – driver wasn’t that far from my house as well as put my food in one of the door Dash thermal bags and my friend used to work for door dash so I know for a fact if my warm food had been putting that bag it would’ve stayed somewhat warm by the time it arrived to my house reasonably but no my food was ice cold and then presented like this!! And my Coca-Cola does not even taste like Coca-Cola somethings wrong with their fountain machine.. i’ve worked in the food industry and I know how these fountains work they clearly need to replace the Coca-Cola syrup!!! Like it literally taste like someone hasn’t replace the syrup in a while like it’s just barely getting Coca-Cola flavors and if you look at it the color is like light brown almost watery not even Coca-Cola brown I literally dumped it out before I even decided to leave a Google review so sadly I don’t have the picture of the Coca-Cola but that was pitiful!
This is by far the best Wendy’s that I have ever been to. I had breakfast for the first time here and I was pleasantly surprised. The location is extremely clean, including the bathrooms and parking lot. Working in a industry where I go to peoples homes and businesses, I have to use restrooms often at a business. The restrooms here and spotless. The staff is very nice and polite too. For as busy as they seem to get often, they handle it very well!
