Clean, fast plus inside was open. Very friendly and pleasant workers. Oh, yes, the food was hot and fresh too!
They had no ice so pop was warm but they didn't tell you until you got to the pick-up .My Dave's cheese burger was cold as well as the fries. The chicken sandwich was also cold and looked like they threw it together. Well as you read this my experience was horrible.$21.68 Thanks for asking
Just placed an order in the drive thru. There was only one care ahead of me, and no car behind me. The car ahead of me was pulled ahead to wait for the food. I was at the windo for over 15 minutes until a line of cars are behind me. Not even a word from the inside to say that the food is coming, be patient. Now, I saw a young lady who brought the food outside for the car ahead of me, and the food was returned. I could see from my window that the food was taken back on the counter along with other food that were going outside. I decided ow, I need my mo ey back. It took me another 10 minutes before that angry manager came to issue my refund without saying a word. She half opened the window hust to squize her arm to give me the refund.Rude and unprofessional, will never stop at that mess again!.Garbage place! YOU CANNOT RESERVE FOOD!
Food was hot. And good. Order taker was rude. And at the window to pick up food girl was on her phone and never acknowledged I was even there. She also sounded like the person who took the orders.Customer service needs to be worked on.P.s. Also did not receive a spoon for the frosty ordered.
There is usually something wrong when you here. Once a guy cam out the kitchen and told us we were going to be waiting a long time cause no one was at work. Went there again and they were out of all meet except for the junior bacon burger. How do you run out of meat? It's one job and the blew it.

Only reason I rated it two stars is because I really had to wait a long time and when I got to the drive-thru window the people were very polite but my junior bacons the bread on them tasted as if they came right out the package and I know cuz I used to work for Wendy's for 6 years so I definitely understand that it could be busy but the junior bacons are expensive now so we can't be playing around.
Acceptable customer service, although multiple mistakes were made , such as specific requests of #6 being prepared as keto , wrong drink as well as missing item. Fries were also very over salted. Very disappointed.
