With everything being so expensive, I think you all should inform customers when u don't have an item to put on salads. Got home & my bacon wasn't on my Strawberry Salad or cheese. Tried calling & the phone doesn't work. I'm very disappointed.
Usually pretty quick to get the line moving. Havent had any issues with any orders.
One time me and my momma went go get food from here and l had wanted a grilled chicken sandwich but they got my order wrong and I ended up getting a fried chicken sandwich and another time my momma gotten a bunless burger and they got and when we went around they gave her the same thing never coming here again.
As usual, not very much to choose from on the menu. And how difficult is it to put the chicken on the side and not on the salad? They served 4 vehicles in front of me before they came back and took my order. I'm not going to Wendy's in the city of Detroit anymore.
It says dining room open on the window and yet the dining room is not open. This location is usually slow and understaffed I think they turn the lights off sometimes to make it look like they are closed even when they’re open.
Grabbed breakfast #1 maple bacon chicken croissant seasoned potatoes and comes with a drink employee at drive thru window was a little sassy but over food was good
I was told that I couldn't add more than 2 extra items on my sandwich....so I asked "even if I'm willing to pay"...she said "correct ". I have never been told by a restaurant what I can't have even if I pay my money. I don't care how good the food may be or how awesome the service but asking for items that are right there on the line should be doable.
This place is the ghetto chile.The chick at the window rude af. Obviously dont know how to use the speaker. Seen about 3 folks leave out the line anyway. Asked for a tropical berry lemonade and that thang was so cloudy I couldn't even think about drinking it. Yuck!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Will never try to come up to this location again. Never ever ever again.
They got my order wrong trying to hurry me up. Laughing and very unprofessional. The food was cold. Especially the girl at drive thru window
