Waited over ten minutes for a simple burger. Multiple people that ordered after me were getting their food. When I asked if my order was still in the system, they were rude and told me I needed to wait my turn.Finally eating my burger and it’s cold.
Whomever worked at this location during the pandemic, BRING THEM BACK because these mentally slow, lazy summabitches that work here now need to gooooooooo. The line is always 20 plus mins long and the order is always wrong!!!! I'm not coming back.
7/8 times they can't get a simple frosty flavor correct. Can't remember fries, can't remember anything. Bunch of idiots literally sleep walking. Good luck.
I believe in good customer service.But tonight 6/14/22 @ 830pm I drove to the Wendy's on Greenfield ordering the most simple order chive potato and taco salad.. unfortunately the young lady working the register tonight didn't want to be at work obviously.. I pulled up to the window just to hear her talking about a customer and her attitude was awkward...I ordered my food and she just had a rudeness to her and she left out .my chive potato from my order all because he attitude is a distraction.. young lady I hope you read this review.. you need more training and learn to not speak on your paying customers in front of other customers.. your attitude and service was distastes. Please get it together before you lose loyal customers.
Warm food. GIRL SERVING DINNER AT THE DRIVE THRU HORRIBLE. Tries to overcharge me for o.j. when she had none..then gives the change and the food like she's trying to dis and dismiss a customer. Very unsatisfactory. And no recipt.

Food was good and fries were crispy just as their packaging states. Suggestion??? Get some workers who are more upbeat and not ashamed of themselves..be more welcoming.
Food needs to be hotter when you order it's always lukewarm which makes the food not as good. The food would be way better hot especially the fries.
The food was old and dry. The burger look like a burnt piece of toast. The fries ? were cold . The nuggets taste as if they were there from the day before.It wasn't a good experience at all.
This is by far one of the best Wendy's around the food was exceptionally hot and it was great I will return
