Awesome food and great staff, you can never go wrong with a sub and fries
First time here , very convenient location, parking was very comfortable, the lady at front was very nice and friendly..Im giving the 3 stars because the sub I ordered didn’t come as described or expected, it was supposed to be grilled veggies..mushrooms, green peppers, onion, tomatoes..I got my veggie sandwich and NOTHING was grilled, mostly raw veggiesAnd the sauce was extra that made the sub saggy …

I enjoy Tubbys as a whole but I just left here and asked for a grilled Turkey and cheese sandwich and got my Turkey warmed instead of grilled ?
