Food was good.. experience not so much. Ordered through the drive thru , the young lady that took my order was really monotoned. When I got to the window to pay there was no greeting, she told me the total and I handed her my card, she didn’t utter a single word and leaned the card reader out the window, she said NOTHING, I inserted my card and paid, she still said nothing, she handed me the receipt and straws without saying anything or even looking my way. After a few minutes she asked me to pull up to the door so someone could bring my food out. I pulled up and after a few minutes a very pleasant young lady came out and greeted me, she didn’t bring the smoothies just my food. She was nice and it was an easy mistake. After she went back inside a young man appeared with my smoothies, didn’t say a word just walked up to my car window with the smoothies and handed them to me. Didn’t say a word. Banana could’ve been a better but the quesadilla was hot and fresh. Didn’t come with any salsa or anything .
Went on the evening of 5/10. Took over 20 minutes to get order when only 1 person was in front of us. Entire crew was on phones, screaming, and messing around in the store. Once the 2 smoothies were ready they were undrinkable. Completely Watery, bitter, and flavorless. One almost made us sick. Went back to get them remade. Staff refused to remake since it was to late. Claimed everything was shutdown even though we just go them minutes ago. I then asked for a refund but was denied. Staff member said all the computer systems were immediately shut down and no manager was in site. Told to come back another day if I wanted a remake or refund. Staff member also rolled her eyes at me multiple times. Would recommend never coming to this location unless there big changes in staff
Went into order 7 smoothies for my coworkers on June 1st. The young gentleman was fast, efficient and polite. I really appreciate his excellent service. Thank you
Went today on a break for lunch today tuesday april 26th 2022 went sort of early lunchtime wasnt crowded at all when l went brought two smoothies one for myself other for a co worker l received one smoothie then had to wait wait wait for the second on well by then some of my lunch break was over put some grown women to work there not young girls that dont know what they are doing its ridiculous yes l was upset there were few people came after me receive their drinks wont be coming to this needs grown women working here place again to many other places that sell good smoothie and wont take up my break time?????
I love Tropical Smoothie. I order the Acai Berry Boost or the Pomegranate Plunge. I usually add Flaxseed to my smoothies. I love that they have different supplements that fits everyone and their needs. This particular time that I ordered my smoothie from this location, it didn't taste very good. It lacked flavor like I had more ice and less ingredients. It doesn't bother me much because it's one time out of 200. Lol
Waited in the drive thru for an hour or more when there were only two ppl ahead of me. They had me pull up and wait for my order after I paid for more than 30 minutes when I only ordered one smoothie off of their menu. They then served two cars behind me. I eventually went in cause I think they forgot about me, but then they just handed me my order like nothing had happened. I was super disappointed cause I love Trop and had been there before and had great service,.. now I’m just nervous to go back?
I went to Tropical Smoothie Cafe drive-thru I ordered a detox Island Green with no banana ,I wanted cinnamon and Ginger they only gave me cinnamon, which i really couldn't even taste. I'm going to try them again just to see if it's just me not talking loud enough ,or are they not really paying attention to the orders that the customer is given them.
This place is ridiculous I ordered the very berry cranberry smoothie it was terrible! I had them put pineapple in it usually it’s blended well and juicy. They didn’t blend it well had pineapple chunks. They also had ice chunks in it which was disgusting.
This location only gets 2 stars just based off of the fact that you can’t really go wrong with tropical smoothie cafe unless it’s time management. I’ve visited this location three times in the past season and every single time, they’re ridiculously slow. I don’t understand how they handed us the food but our smoothies took 30 minutes. I really don’t recommend this location.
If I could give this zero stars I would . The location is filthy ! Management is so inconsiderate I’ve never met a bitter group of people in my life this company should be ashamed at the way they treat their employees. The owner is too kind of a person to have his stores operating like this . It’s so disappointing. Do better ! They also have current employees writing fake five star reviews . SMH !
