I am uncertain who is the manager of this location, but the drive-thru experience is horrendous.There were only two cars in front of me. I was first put on hold for 5 minutes at the ordering speaker. I then ordered an island smoothie and a grilled cheese sandwich. The smoothie came out on time, but the grilled cheese was somehow lost. Not one of the staff took responsibility for the order. I waited approximately 15 minutes. I told the staff at the window three different times what I was waiting for. There were literally more workers in the kitchen walking around aimlessly than there were customers. The drive thru lady then asks an employee as she is walking off her shift, "did you make the grilled cheese" and the employee just says "no" and walks off. She then tried to ask another employee to make it, but at that point the wait time was so long, I was done with this place and drove off.This store truly needs upper level management to monitor the employees, make sure everyone is doing their job correctly, and ensure that orders are signed out correctly. Unfortunately, this store seems overstaffed with lazy employees with poor communication.
First time I got delivery, it never showed up. The second time, half my order was missing. Tried to call the store, only ever got their voicemail. There is no way to do a refund through the app. The only way to get my money back was dispute charge through my bank.
Some of the employees are rude and have attitudes for no reason but other than that I would have gave this location 5 stars!! Pomegranate plunge sub Splenda is my new favorite along with a snicker doodle cookie ?
I was at the location on Telegraph and it was 830 pm. I saw them in there and no one came to take my order. This is terrible customer service and I will not be returning to this location. The people who work here have a terrible work ethic.
ngl L place it was 8:30 and they didn’t give me my stuff they waited till 9 and said “ we’re closed “ shi crazy fr i wanted a smoothie ?.
Very disappointing. Training in customer service and professionalism would be beneficial. Do not have the option of choosing a small or medium smoothie.$21 for 2 large smoothies and a sandwich. No wonder most of these restaurants aren't thriving!Will not be returning! No recommendations!
This has been my go to location. After my visit today, it is no longer. This is the third time in two weeks that I ordered a Chia Banana with peanut butter, no sugar, double blend. My smoothie once again was chucky and distasteful. It's definitely not the correct mix nor blended properly. Another wasted $7.41. This is not acceptable! Possibly the staff needs to be retrained properly, slow down, ask for assistance when needed. Very disappointed!
The smoothies didn't taste good, had an aftertaste. Taste stale.
They're pretty slow at this location but almost every tropical smoothie place is regardless.
Workers are rude. They add tip on your bill. Detox smoothies taste like some kind of chemicals are add. Evergreen location overall is terrible.
